5 stars on a lost order....Yep.Call in order 2 medium pizzas. Arrived to pickup, young girl at counter checked all tickets, computer and holding oven. Went to back, came our and said there was no order.We order here almost weekly.A guy came from the back and said he cannot locate order, I told him what was ordered, he went back, came out and had found order.5 stars: he apologized over and over, advised he would have it in 10 minutes. Girl at counter apologized at least 5 times, brought me my salad then my pizza, in ten minutes and apologized again.I told her not a big deal.Staff covered the issue well.Management owes the counter girl a kudo for her concern and attention.5 stars!
I definitely recommend calling ahead and putting in your order if hungry Howie's is your destination for food. Otherwise you'll definitely be waiting 15 minutes or more on whatever it is that you order I had the great salad I was not impressed.
Calzone is the only thing we ever eat from here. This store one of the best we had just lil to greasey last time.. pizza calzone is best..
Excellent pizza. The bacon stuffed Howie bread was also a hit as well as the Howie cookie which the kids really enjoyed. Two thumbs up!
Not that I couldn't walk in to get my order, but I ordered online and it automatically selected curbside and I couldn't change it. Notified the store waited outside 20 minutes while my food sat in the warmer. Pretty messed up.
Really bad, don’t buy steak, cheese and mushrooms sub. Probably they cooked 1 year ago and just heated. Really bad, before I bought it 3 times per week. It’s looks like u eating rock .Personal who working over there, giving free for friends. Need change management and personal
I love the crust and cheese and wings. Definitely can't have this place everyday because it's so good!

After waiting at their table 45 minutes with my wife and 3 kids for my order, I told them to give me my pizzas or give me my money back. They cancelled my transaction because my two pizzas were still not ready! Manager stated that he had only one oven working. Yet there were people getting their pizza that had ordered after me. There was also two orders ahead of me that they got wrong. I'm a very patient person but this was very poor management and customer service and inexcusable ! They should have informed customers of the equipment problem before taking their orders and making them wait 45 minutes and longer to receive their food!
Order for pick up called in got employee that was nice took order correctly had done in when said would be friendly employees clean restaurant food is very good one best I have ate in a while. I oder 2 sub calzone and they both were good but pizza was lil to oily this time not the makers fault just to much oily food going in to it. . This hungry Howie's is by far one the best I have oder food from thank you keep up the amazing job merry Christmas happy new year
