Very good drinks and food. The crawfish and spinach dip was very good. My drink special was good with a great host.
Well I heard good things about this place too bad that wasn’t my experience. I am from out of town went today for lunch. Sign says seat yourself so we did. We waited from approx 1:15pm to about 1:32pm. I counted servers walk past me and what I presume was a supervisor standing directly in eyesight. No one ever greeted us or came with a menu, not even a “I’ll be right with you”. We walked out at and went down the way and the service and food was amazing!!!!
Best place to eat staff is amazing the atmosphere is amazing you get to watch the games of games on that day and also the alcohol beverage they have the best bar ever and staff amazing ????
One of the best burger joints in mobile, but it’s not as good as it used to be. The food is still alright, but the service is just kind of crumby. I’ve had to call multiple times to place an order before. Employees answer the phone and tell me I have to redial a different number? But then I call back the same, only number listed and the next server to answer would take my order just fine. Until you drive 40 minutes round trip to pick it up and discover it has no toppings when you get home. Not an $18 burger experience like it used to be. They were better when they served Potato Salad.
Last night at 6pm, me and my fiancé decided that we wanted to come to heroes to eat because it’s one of our favorite places to eat and figured it would’ve been pretty dead. The parking lot was literally 3/4 empty and a bunch of empty tables but we still somehow managed to sit there for TWENTY MINUTES without a single waiter or waitress coming to our table so we decided to take our money elsewhere. From someone in management, that’s truly inexcusable to me.Overall review:Food? FantasticService? Very Poor
Like always a great experience! The server today was super nice and helpful. Burgers are really good, half a pound of ground beef, perfect flavor for you to add the sauces you like, fries are crunchy and fresh and the coleslaw was delicious. We come here really often, whenever we are craving a burger.
omg Got the red beans with collards and cornbread to go.. so good. Will be back!! Kudos to the chef and wonderful service!!
Sadly I just had to leave because after I was sat down, I waited for 20 minutes and nobody even came to get our drinks. I would get it if maybe it was busy even a little bit but the parking lot was literally 3/4 of the way empty. Such a shame
Great food, great staff and the best outdoor seating (especially for families)! There's something like 200 TV's, so you won't miss a game. Ever.
For $12.99 you get a 1/4 piece of fish. An extra star for the greens, otherwise you’d get one.
