Well what can I say this location is in the HOOD, expect HOOD stuff. Not a long wait to get served or food to come out. I found the chicken good not over cooked or dry. Nicely seasoned I like spicy I wish it was more spicy.
I used to love this location but every time I come in the lady in the back that fixes the chicken run her mouth too much she's more focused talking than fixing ppl orders in a timely manner and correctly please address this I'm sure you know exactly who I'm talking about!! And start preparing more regular chicken it's always a 20 minute wait! And also she gave me spicy instead of regular I had to walk back in and then she gave me regular which was REDROP chicken!! Hard barley can bite it!! $14 down the drain for a 3 piece & 2 drinks!!!
The worst and I grew up eating here. I ordered three thighs and got 4 legs and one thigh. That happens do much that I check my order before I leave the parking lot.

First of all, don't bother trying to save time standing inside the crowded lobby by calling your order ahead or placing it online. I have done both, and both times it was basically like they didn't even start the order until I came in. This time I placed it online and waited 45 minutes to go there, thinking this time they would be SURE to have it ready. No. And the employees acted like they couldn't even hear me, looking at me and mumbling at each other, laughing, giving people their orders who came in and PLACED their order after I had already been there 5+ minutes. One lady I asked said my order was ready but I wasn't the only person in there, said it in a snotty tone. They served everyone until there was nobody left but me, when at this point it was almost an hour since I paid for my food. They had to SHOW me I was a joke to them. When they finally decided to give me my order the one named Yolanda put it on the counter, said "Okay now, you can calm down, just calllllm down now." I was just standing there not even talking.Oh and they gave me spicy chicken when I ordered crispy. I can't even eat this spicy mess. Going to reverse my card payment, and also get hold of the owner.

Delicious fried chicken with deals that are very affordable. Love the coleslaw and the tots. Dine-in or carry-out, never a long wait.
