Salty chicken, long wait for food, got home and order was wrong. Baked beans tasted horrible.
I have been a repeat customer all my life, 40 plus years. My mother is from here (Mobile). She has been a repeat customer for over 60 years and so was my late husband. I have a diverse blended family. We Love Harts ! Not the the Poor customer service or nasty attitudes from the employees that are employed now. Every time I come by this location, I am here for 20 minutes ! I order the same thing. It does not take 20 + minutes for 5 tenders. After considering other options. My business and money will go somewhere else.
Liver was so Good..But, just make sure to check your order before you leave.. Because I and about three or four other customers had items missing from their order..
Good while it's hot, live more than a mile you will miss out on the good taste. Don't drive off!

I had to give them a 4. My good was hot, but my chicken was fried so hard, I could not break it. Once I did, my meat was dry like cardboard. This is a first. I was looking forward to Hart's after it had been two months since I had it. Overall, Hart's is good!
Spicy chicken was the best and the fried gizzards were so tender! My first time here but I will definitely be back next time I work in Mobile!
