Server never came to our table; although, the lovely lady who delivers chips noticed our presence. The food is great, but this is the second time this has happened. Been in food service for decades, so when I say it was 15 minutes with no one but the lady who brought chips who noticed us, I am not exaggerating. We don't mind waiting, but multiple staff members walked past repeatedly without even acknowledging we were there. When I brought it to the host's attention, she was completely unbothered. I know my lack of return will not hurt or bother them in the slightest, but I would rather be told there is a wait to be seated, than be seated and go unnoticed or be ignored.
I do not like to do negative reviews but I already told the manager that I do review. Server was nice...suggested a few food choices...my best friend ordered the Supreme Burrito and I ordered a steak quesadilla...food was literally brought out 15 minutes after placing the order and the food was lukewarm. I ended up bringing my food home with me because times are hard and things are expensive. My friend's food was removed from the bill. Mexican food is my favorite but I've noticed that a lot of these restaurants have taken away the authencity of true Mexican food.... hopefully my friend will have a better visit next time since her family frequents them regularly...I will not be back.
Waitress and staff super amazing. Food isnt though. The only good thing on the menu is the queso. First time ive went to eat out and didnt ask for a togo box. I couldnt even finish my food. Halfway through eating, I felt the urge to poop automatically. The environment is nice, but dont go here unless you want to waste your money and leave upset.

Amazing food and wonderful staff. Alyssa was a fantastic server, just amazing and made the visit just the best. The Victoria bowl is awesome!
