This was the absolute worst service I've ever experienced in my life. They wouldn't write Happy Birthday on $38 birthday cake... Then I called up and I asked for the manager she refused to give me her name and she said it's not their policy to give out their personal information... Completely rude they don't give care about customer service and if I were the owner I would fire your whole entire staff and start over. So disappointing. completely ruined my celebration ..these people are complete jerks when it comes to customer service.. Whoever's claiming to be the manager I would totally Fire them ,because that's ridiculous . it's very ridiculous behavior.. If I chance you are the owner reading this please contact me.. My store is called gypsy market 72.. And I can teach you guys about customer service thank you..

We went on a Saturday night and the service was fast and employees were friendly! Anthony went out of his way to be kind to us!
This place have good customer service; however, I wanted some icecream and cookies today, but after I saw the young white male sneezing slightly touched his face, nose, and counter, I was really disgusted. I wish he would have told the other young lady to take over while he go wash his hands. Yes he had on gloves, but he did all of this with gloves on. He changed his gloves but proceeded to touch his face, and counter. I told him that I'm not getting anything ; therefore, I left. He was nice but didnt have any cleaning manors. 3/11/2022
I went in with my three kids and got out right away. I greeted them and none of the three employees replied and there was not even a how can we help you? Dec 28, 2021 about 6pm. Management should retrain their employees to have good customer service.
One person working, another came from back of restaurant when the line was out the door. Began serving customers at the cal of the line. Smh. Where is management? If you can’t hire people over 16 and don’t except your business to be successful without leadership.
Do not advertise and offer custom cake reactions if you can't provide the service when requested. If I place a birthday cake order a WEEK in advance and provide the day and time to pick up, then I EXPECT to pick up a birthday cake at the requested day and time. To see my child's face when we go to pick up her 13th birthday cake and to be told it didn't get made and to come back the next night to pick up, AFTER her party, is unacceptable. I am pissed. Don't offer the service if you can't provide it. PERIOD!!!!!!! I will NEVER come here again.
This place was very dirty and ordered a shake and cup of ice cream. The shake had to be remade because it was thin like water! The second time it was made the lady was very rude and gave me the shake with ice cream all over the cup. I had to wipe it off and then was told if I wanted whipped cream on top I had to ask for it! This is the worst place I have ever been to, I won’t be going back!!!
