Friday night I come, I didn't get the women's name but she was very rude. I asked for cheese cake flavored ice cream she gave me vanilla. I had like 4 people with me. My sister also got cheesecake but got vanilla. I asked her to put piara on it,she put real Strawberries I told her that's not right she got mad but still never took them off. I go to pay for everything she said sign your receipt I did then when I handed the receipt back she snatched it. Custom service was horrible!

The ice cream of course was great. The problem was the service. The sixteen-ish year old employees had the customer service training of a housefly! They acted completely irritated to have to be there much less to actually serve someone.
Rude. I visited this location yesterday. There were four employees standing around eating ice cream. I was not greeted nor was I asked could I be helped. I asked one lady about a flavor, and she walked away and frowned up. I will not be patronizing this location and neither will my friends and family. I normally order from here for corporate functions as well. The employees need better training. Customer service reflects on management. I am dissapointed.
