Pleasant staff but took a long time. Burger was good but fries were super salty. Had to literally wipe salt off each one as I ate. I'll stick with Mo Bay Burgers.....and save money and time!!!
The cashier/order person just made this vist . . . happy - best word for it! I came in ready for a great burger, those endless fries and my fav drink, Coke Zero Cherry!!I I was pleasantly surprised with such a happy, appreciative and genuine welcome!!! It truly set the tone for an enjoyable lunch! Thank you! Food was a little slow coming out, but sooo worth the wait!
My family loves five guys burger, when i let 'em choose what burger they wanted to eat they want five guys. Patties are taste better than other burger and fries is cooked in peanut oil.
Ordered a lettuce wrap burger tonight and whoever was manning the grill cooked my burger perfectly. The crispy crust of the patty was awesome and my order was spot on so thank you for the attention to detail.
Employee's rude. None of the tables were clean. As I stood in line I watched a guy drop a salt shaker in the garbage and then pick it up out of garbage and proceed to use it for fries. He did not get a new one nor wash his hands. Other employees scratched hair, pick nose or adjusted themselves and did not sanitize hands. When I said something they just said ok. Please Health Department do something. Also people were complaining that it was taking 40 minutes. Elderly couple were just waiting nd when they asked how much longer the girl said I don't know rudely. Come on is this how you treat the elderly? Is this how you want someone treating your grandparents? Not one nice person. My kids and I left. Five Guys used to be clean and friendly. Not anymore. DO NOT GO HERE NOT WORTHBIT UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ILL FROM DIRT OR UNSANITARY UTENSILS DROPPED IN GARBAGE AND NOT WASHED. DISGUSTING.

The burgers are good and prices comparable on those, but wow those fries $4.49 for a small. Also the crew was super nice
Burger and fries was delicious but the staff was very unwelcoming and unmotivated overall. There was 3 people working and two customers ahead of me and I waited nearly 40 minutes for my food! Portions are huge, so the smallest size burger and fries was plenty for me but I wouldn’t return to this location due to the extremely long wait.
Took too long to prepare one burger and fries. I waited an hour just to get my order.
