I used love this place and didn’t mind paying the extra money for the quality and experience of being treated as a valued customer. I could have gone to the Golden Arches for a third the price and same experience.Only one employee when we walked in. She was nice, but not the level of customer service there once was.Paid for a large drink because I wanted to take home a large tea. Turned out they were out of tea with no intent on making more. So I got to pay for a large drink when I would have been fine with a water cup, sorry I am not a soda person.No catchup pump. This may sound petty, but something I’ve always enjoyed about 5 Guys is not having to open a dozen catch-up packets. I guess that is a thing of the pass and now you got to deal with packets.Burger and fires were fine.Overall, I’m just not “Wowed” anymore and feel that it’s not worth the extra cost anymore.
The food was good but the service quality has been lowered substantially. We did not get any kind of greeting and when we walked up to the register to place our order, the woman was just staring at us as if she was trying to telepathically read our mind of what we wanted. I know she's not hearing or vocally impaired because she did ask what size fry I wanted.Prices are going up and service quality is going way down. I'm not going to say that the tables were nasty, but they were definitely not clean. It almost looked like somebody took a rag that was used to clean the grill and went straight to the tables. ServSafe rules are that you have a small bucket of sanitizer in which to dip your rag or small towel, ring it out, and then wipe the table with that. And if I see another employee spraying bleach on a table and then wiping it down, I will report you to the health department, especially if they are doing it on a table close to me which ruins my sense of smell and taste of food.Get it together, I know y'all are much better than this.
Great burgers anyway you want them! The fries are great. We ordered regular and Cajun. Highly recommend if you are craving a good burger. Prices run about $16 each person for a full meal.
Fries cold. Too pricey. Diet coke and sprite flat. Not what I had expected for a good burger. Will not be going back. Bad experience.
All tables were dirty. 4 people working. Food was ok but definitely lacking in the cleanliness dept. Stupid expensive.
Feel like a idget for waiting so long ,in and out ,Wendy's steak and shake ,Freddy's so long I'll never waste my time again the food here is as good as something I'd make at home for myself and my family

They need a symbol for no stars, spent $14.68 on one cheese burger and a small fry. Got home and I swear the burger was smaller than a McDonalds cheese burger, the fries were full of grease and when I lifted the bun to see what they put on there I kid you not there were two pickles, one tomato, about 4 small cuts of onions and one piece of lettuce. The slice of meat was unreal, look like they got it from KrystalsIf you go and buy from them be warned, Don’t do it!!!
Food pretty good they didn't know if they take Gpay only apple pay smh but yes they do take gpay.....overall good food just little price for little burger and fries was 20$
