The wait time was quite long and the filet mignon wasn't cooked as much as I wanted to be. Strangely enough, I shared the fish with someone else and that tasted really good.

Was here for my wife 60th birthday and the ambiance, food, and service was outstanding.

Service was nice and courteous. Food (flatbread) was pretty good, but not stellar. Beer selection could use some help. Pretty much what I expected for a hotel lobby bar/restaurant.not a destination, but it served me well for a later arrival into town.

Very nice hotel eatery. My party had shrimp po'boy, steak, Flatbread pizza, ceasar salad, and a burger. It was after the lunch rush but took a while to get our food. When it did arrive it was good.

We wanted to do something different for New Year’s Eve. We pulled up open table and seating was available. We took a chance, and actually arrived a little early for a reservation. Seating was plentiful, and we were seated near the bar. The menu was quite small. I ordered the pork chop entrée with risotto and a side Caesar salad. My pork chop and risotto was perfect! The side Caesar salad looked like a premade bag salad. Dressing was served on the side, which was fine. My husband ordered the chicken entrée. His chicken was dried out completely! It looked dry setting on his plate. The chicken was bone in, so may have been difficult to measure Doneness. He ordered the creamed spinach and the side Caesar as well. The Caesar for him didn’t arrive until his entrée was served. The creamed spinach looked like a ramekin of soup. Overall, the experience was less than satisfactory. The wait staff were attentive and sweet, so the problem lies in the kitchen. We are not likely to return. We used the valet parking, which was $12 plus tip. We had hoped that they may offer validation at the restaurant for customers coming in for dinner only. That was not the case.

The restaurant was moved to the entrance of the hotel, lots of activity with guests arriving. We were the only guests during lunch. Service was okay, nothing good or bad. Food was blah. Burger had not flavor, same for the flat bread pizza.

Service is almost non-existent. Waited an hour to receive cold eggs and hash browns randomly thrown together.

My congrats to Chef Clint! Hands down quite easily the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had! He found out it was our anniversary and threw in some absolutely delicious cheesecake! If you are downtown Mobile, Al, visit Phathoms!
