Brought my whole family here for breakfast and it seems like every time something is very wrong. First time my parents bought milk for themselves and my kid to go with the donuts to find out it was a week expired. Only my dad ended up drinking it and got sick from it, but he was ok. We told the lady and she just said ok and offered my parents a tea instead but left all of the expired milks in the container still for other customers to buy! The second time I brought my kid with me at 9 in the morning. We went inside and they said they had no donuts. I thought we’ll that’s pretty odd but they said to come back an hour later and we did, but when we did and I went up to the register the worker behind it said “I’m taking a break” and left us waiting there even though there was no one else in line, until another worker slowly sauntered up to take our order (on her own time…) but ok. I get it. Fast foods hard. Today I drive up to the drive through to get donuts for my kid. His favorite are chocolate with sprinkles. They told me they didn’t make chocolate sprinkle donuts ? I said that’s alright and we headed over to Krispy Kreme. There definitely needs to be some retraining going on at this location or something. I’m not one to complain or write reviews but after three times I think I’ll pass for a while.

By far the rudest and nastiest people to deal with or make an order with in mobile!! My second trying to just complete an order from them, I mean just an order and I couldn’t complete it because the attitude of the employee was that horrible. I’m sure the management or ownership doesn’t care. I see why no one is there in the mornings and Starbucks and Chick-fil-A is busy. TERRIBLE SERVICE. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING!!!

Paid for 3 items and received only 2 after waiting over 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Was going to go back to get it corrected, but by this time there were 5 more cars waiting in the drive-thru and I had my dog in the car so I couldn't go in. Just decided to not give them any more business.

I usually go to Dunkin’ regardless that I’m from the south, I lived up north and it’s all that we had in the hospital. I recently went back for crushed ice water and it became a problem that the gen z kids don’t know how to use the machine to crush the ice. The rude comments of “wtf is this?” as if ice water is a new invention. And not to mention the comments of “we can’t crush ice the machine doesn’t do it” as if any other person hasn’t before them… or they have heard of a coolata…IDK maybe 30s is too old. But normally if I do go back the manager will get it fixed. I just don’t want to keep calling on her.

Poor customer service!!!! The coffee has really gone down and often looks like milk instead of coffee. I order online only to get to the location to be told they don't have something I ordered such as salted caramel or whipped cream. I have started going to Yellow Hammer. They actually seem to appreciate their customers.

Let me start by saying that I absolutely prefer Dunkin' over the other chains. But, this particular store is by far the worst that I have ever visited. That's a fact. They have never been able to complete an order to date. Out of this, out of that. No straws, napkins, boxes, doughnuts, matcha, syrup. Odds are, they're out of something right now. Absolutely horrible customer service. I informed corporate that this particular store should be shut down, everyone fired or transferred and completely restructured. Or, just go ahead and close it for good. It was one employee trying to run the entire store this morning, while I applaud her for stepping up, it wasn't happening. Sorry for the long post, just please go somewhere else for coffee.

This has to be the worst run store in the franchise!! I was in the take out line this morning ( before making a u turn and leaving) for almost 30 minutes without ordering. Consistently having problems , no baker, no counter help, out of product etc. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to my work ! You need a new manager that cares about the customers

Worst experience ever! My wife placed an online order that included an order of Munchkins donut holes. When we get to the drive thru they tell s they are out if the donut holes. We pulled up to the window to get the rest if our order. The young lady at the window said I could substitute the hole for donuts but they were almost out of everything. So I said no thank you and asked how to get a refund. She told me I could request it through the app. Then I asked what I do if that didn't work. She had no idea and there was no manager present to speak to. Needless to say I was not able to get Mt refund through the app. I even contacted Corporate, provided them with the store number and my order number. They were about as helpful as the untrained young lady at the drive thru window. That was in November. Still no refund....

This has to be the worst location in America. With all the one star reviews,this location should be shut down. The most rudest employees. They never have donuts or cold coffee that you you want. Too many bad reviews, I’ll never go there again.
