The ice coffee is Always on point!!! But for some reason they where out of the stuff needed for 3 different things I tried to get.. so I had to get food somewhere else. Hurt my feelings???
I really love the 'sunrise blend' with its robust and bold flavor especially as an ice coffee. I just add cream and a little sugar.
I went through the drive thru recently and encountered a very rude worker. I asked for a small hot mocha. The worker was a female that responded with a condescending tone "What is that coffee, I mean I have different types of drinks." She basically was ready to argue over what type of drink I wanted. I canceled my order and left. I was so upset because I have ordered this several times with no issues at this Dunkin donuts location. That said, I will never shop at this location again based on this experience! Customer service is very important and can impact the morale of a business.
This place won't make it. For three days straight there has been an excuse. First day I visit at 8:30 am. I'm told "we don't have any donuts made and will take several hours" they didn't run out, just none prepared. So I give them the benefit of the doubt that things happen. Second day, I'm told power out. I found that odd considering there's power all around including the other stores that shares the same stripmall. My third and FINAL attempt, I"m rudely told via intercom "our system is down and can't take orders"....seriously what is wrong with this place. So I go inside to wait for system to " come back up" and notice the place is extremely unclean and unorganized, all the workers loud and laughing but not interested in using the down time to tidy up. I was in shock. I will never return to this location. Its convenient for us healthcare workers because its across from the hospital but not at the expense of my health and time. Go elsewhere please!
The Butter Pecan Coffee was very good. I tried to use some of the coupons for the $2 frozen beverages, but this Dunkin Donuts location had signs up saying the frozen machine was down so no frozen beverages which really sucks because it is too hot out for hot coffee.
Our first time ever eating a Dunkin donut. Much different taste compared to KK Donuts I grew up on. They were satisfying to our taste. The chocolate is the best we've ever had.
Every experience has been a bad one, this this time 7 minutes for a sandwich that only consists of cheese and tomato?? The time before that they took my money, close the window, came back and said is there anything I could help you with, how how about my food?? We gave you your food, no you did not then the manager comes and says the same thing why would anyone lie about 2 donuts? As far as I'm concerned they are complete trash!
I asked my bf if I should get the bacon and he goes "the snackin bacon?" I was like uh yeah...so I asked the cashier for bacon and they said "the snackin bacon?" like what other bacon is on the menu? is it like how they call yoohoo chocolate drink instead of chocolate milk or like how they call vegan products like "chykn" lol idk it was weird. It also wasn't very good but that's not their fault it's honestly probably some kind of bacon substitute
I'm changing my review from a year ago because I don't know what has happened to this store in the last few months. The quality of the coffees is just not there. My order is almost always wrong somehow. I feel bad for the staff because I know they are underpaid and this review is not a reflection on them. They have always been kind. Never a bad interaction with staff.
I go to this Dunkin regularly and always order an iced coffee and some Munchkins. For the past few weeks, my Munchkins are extremely stale and disgusting. The first and second times I thought it was a one off. One of the times I went a little later than normal so blamed that on myself. Today, makes 3 times in a row that the Munchkins are STALE. I cannot find a place on the app to let them know either.
