I came 10 minutes before close and the staff was so kind to me and made my drinks perfectly!! To the workers closing tonight on May 7th, y’all are awesome! My drinks are usually hit or miss which is the only downfall to coming here, but a huge thank you goes out to the employees tonight from a pregnant lady who really wanted some good coffee LOL.
Went in yesterday and got a dozen donuts they were all dry and tasted terrible absolutely worst donuts I’ve ever had ended up throwing them away
I unfortunately didn't catch the ladies name, BUT she stopped her break to help me with what I needed. I was running a little late this morning and no one had come to help me she saw me and asked what was wrong so I explained to her what was going on she said I never want a customer to have a bad experience, I'm not sure if anyone will read this, but I want you to know how much I appreciate you this morning!
I usually have good experiences with this Dunkin, but today I didn’t. First, the line was super backed up and orders kept getting lost, including mine. I get that this happens sometimes, but when almost every employee in the store comes up to the window to ask me what I ordered, that’s a little much. I had a coupon for a $2 iced coffee. I asked for mocha and vanilla. My coffee is decent, but it’s definitely not what I asked for.
This location is on the way to my school, job, etc. so I continue to stop here and just PRAY its getting better. It never does lol. The past two years I can count on one hand the good experiences I've had here. Its always a 45+ minute wait (even if you're the SECOND person in line), they ignore you at the speaker, they always get your order wrong, they tell you they don't have certain things just to avoid making it, customer service is AWFUL, the list goes on. Countless times I've sat at an empty drive thru and been told "one moment" over and over for ten minutes plus. Finally I got mad enough to say something and she said they were on shift change??? So I was just left at the speaker with no explanation? Its infuriating really. It always seems they want to make you so mad that you just leave. This location needs new management or to close the doors.
The milk used in my coffee was spoiled. The employees replaced the drink twice with skim and whole milk. I've ordered Dunkin Donuts coffee many times in the past. I know how the coffee is supposed to look. My coffee looked Like a darkish brown Instead of a little more bright like an orange juice color. I tried to explain to the employees but they are already upset about me complaining. I didn't want to raise a fuss over a $3 coffee and left.
Customer service was lacking in the drive through. Felt rushed. Coffee was good though.
THE DOUGHNUTS WERE DISGUSTING!!! I'll never go to another Dunkin' Doughnuts!!! I don't know if this location screwed up the recipe or Dunkin' Doughnuts just makes nasty doughnuts, but I'll continue to get mine from Kripsy Kreme! I hate I didn't read the reviews before spending my money, but I can't wait to hear what the general manager has to say!!! ???
Sweeping the floor right in front of the open donut cabinet. I can’t believe the donuts are just sitting open. No thanks!At least they are finally cleaning up. Whole place was nasty!Stood in there for 3-4 minutes. Nobody offered to take our order. As I continued to notice how filthy it was, just left.
I sat in the drive thru for almost thirty minutes. Each car before me sat at the order tower FOR-Ever....when I finally made it to the order tower I sat there for 5-minutes before someone said anything. When they did speak they said hold on a minute. I had to wait another five minutes before they took my order. When repeating my order the drive-thru person forgot part of it....so I had to remind her. When I got to the drive thru window the girl coughed on her right hand and then touched my cup and the little plastic insert with her left...then she handed me my cup with the hand she coughed on....reminder we are in the middle of the COVID pandemic....I am SO done with Dunkin'....I'm switchin' to Starbucks.
