I am a previous worker there I quit because the 5 months I was there they tried to get me to use food out the trash can after I dropped it and then would threaten to fire me if I didn’t use so I would hide it then throw it away after they left the store it was the owners doings this they would try to make all the employees use nasty cups to give to people and food I would not recommend going there
Service with a smile, who don't love that..even offered my pup a treat... Nice
We didn't get what we ordered, burgers were much smaller than what I've had at other DQs... The fries were undercooked and... this was weird... the drink carrier broke. It seems that it was not made to carry 3 small drinks. I won't be back.
Kids playing around in the restaurant! Kids that don’t even work there behind the counter. Gloves not being used! I watched a guy fix him a Ice cream cone in eat it while fixing a customers order! I will never eat from there!
Website and Google said open till 2130 (9:30pm). They were closed. At least one employee was nice enough to say something politely after we sat there for like 10 minutes and another employee rudely walked by like we didn't exist.
The line was all the way around to the entrance doors and there was no dining service and it wasn't even at peak hours.
Your hours are CLEARLY stated that you close at 9:30 pm. While in the drive thru at 9pm, the lights were shut off and no one even bothered to tell us you were closing. If you intend to close at 9pm, fine but UPDATE your WEBSITE and FACEBOOK page. While we were in the line, 4 other cars showed up behind us. This is poor customer service and a poor reflection on management.
so it’s okay for your WHITE employees to call customers the “N” word when they’re trying to decide what they want on the menu? that’s not how you treat your guests, EVER. how pathetic ?. the staff here is unbelievably rude. took 15 minutes for 2 burgers and 1 side of fries. ??
It was the worst! Druve thru lady was sooo rude, she kept cutting me off, wouldnt even hardly let me order. Then my hamburger had raw, yes I said raw, bacon on it. The fries were also cold. Wanted to dine in also but it was drive thru only!
The line was backed up five cars deep and nobody was allowed inside, so we did not order or stay
