They are supposed to close at 9pm. They were closed at 7:30pm. This is not the first time this has happened. Very disappointed.

The food was great, I got everything in my order but 1 thing. It’s kind of minor but I got a 2 for 5$, I got a pretzel and the cheeseburger. I didn’t get my pretzel though, just make sure if you check your orders.
Just went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 blizzards. One was fine, tasted the other one and it wasn't what we ordered. Circled around to wait in the long drive-thru to see if we can swap it out for a different one. We were told no and that we've eaten it when it was just one bite to discover it wasn't what we wanted. The drive-thru attendant, Leilani, was very rude and unprofessional. This place used to be one of my favorites but the quality of service and staff has declined staggeringly. The location on Moffett road puts this one to shame.

Manager (Jennifer) was so rude.You shouldn’t be a store manager at all. Or if you don’t like your job then quit!!!
Our blizzard was melted and the lady had an attitude and was just not nice. And when I asked her if she could remake it she got mad. We got the wrong blizzard as well.
