Wow! I believe someone in the kitchen at the Schillinger Mobile, Alabama location is from one of those top shelf cooking shows! The new Cheesecake pancakes ???oh my! Beautiful display, served on a fancy plate and tasted delicious! I was so excited, that I didn't take the picture. I look forward to going back to eat more and to get that picture?
Cracker Barrel experience is always good. I tried the creme stuffed pancakes with strawberry syrup. It was okay but I should have got the chicken and dumplings. The waitresses was abnormally un attentive which is a rarity. The food choice was my fault, this is usually a five star restaurant by anyones standards.
Katie was our server and she was great! Our food was delicious and came at a good time. Store was busy but she managed to keep refills and did great job!
Lost a star due to the dining areas need a real good cleaning. Past meals drippings on chairs and the wall items are deep in dust. Food is good though and the shop is always a hit. Our waiter was awesome. Tall slender gentleman with a short name.

There was quite a few people as usual but we were able to get in and had the best waitress her name was crystal and she was on point. Even though she worked that side alone??
Me and my wife come here at least 3 times a month. Service is always AWESOME! We noticed a new face we never see in the gift shop (if i recall her name is jayda). She greeted us as we walked in and as we were checking out , she asked us if we enjoyed our meal and held a great conversation with a winning smile! She offered us jellybeans at checkout and we couldn’t turn it down! Will definitely be back !
We had a party of 8 and were immediately seated. Everyone enjoyed their meal, and service was good. I always get the breakfast with the sirloin option, and you'd be amazed at how tasty it is. I like medium rare, and it came out perfect.

Don’t ever order takeout here. My husband placed an order at 7:18pm.. was told “20-30 minutes” and he left with our food just before 9:00pm!! Absolutely absurd. Not only that, but part of his food was missing and he was told “we’re out of that” (per the manager) after he already paid for it. So do you just let customers pay for food and then not receive it? Terrible service.
