was supposed to have curbside service. I pulled up and checked in but no one came out. I was on my lunch break in hurry so i went in and got it. The food had been sitting there waiting on them to bring to me. I ordered 2 hamburger steak dinner plates and both were horrible. Tasted days old and my reason for going was the sweet potato which is usally Wonderful was burnt so bad i couldnt eat it. Spent $ 20.00 and all me and my co worker ate was a biscuit each.

30 min wait for biscuits to arrive,1 drink short,no napkins untill after meal.2 hamburger steaks ordered medium well,both came rare and bloody.ordered fries never recieved,nor charged for them.Didnt send the steaks back because it took 50 mins just to recieve them.We hadent eatten all day.Not enough gravy included.Speaking of the gravy,in the gravy was pieces of shreaded beef.Assuming they take gravy from same pot as their roast beef.Not a big deal,but not expected.I drove 22 mins out of my route to eat here,then another 22 mins to get back on route.The food tasted fine,besides raw ground meat.The wait inspired this review.After you make your order,you get to choose buiscuits or cornbread to eat while waiting for your food.Server never offered,few mins later as she passed we asked for buiscuits.reply was no problem,20 mins later we got them,20 mins after that we got our food.Then we asked for napkins that came as we finished eating.Every place ive been at to eat gives you napkins and utensils first.Other servers were ontop of their job,the 3 groups of people that had my server,all had the same issue.we all complained amongst ourselves about it.people that got seated after us,different server git taken care of before we even got buiscuits.

At the time I ate here, a few years ago, there were staff problems with attitudes and service. While dining in, ordered a takeout plate for a family member. The chicken tender meal literally appeared to be thrown into the plate like dog meat. After the Manager saw the plate, he made it good by refunding the whole plate. But from this experience, I do not go to this location any longer.

Five stars for the food , but Crystal our server was the best part. Her service was outstanding and her attention to detail was phenomenal.

My go to for good service and food when we don't want to cook and clean for ourselves.

Well I guess we got the in between lunch and dinner staff because they were not thrilled. Then when trying to explain the order was incorrect it seemed to go over the servers head even though I explained twice and the second time even using the menu to explain and still didn’t get the food we ordered and what we did get was not great. Won’t stop at this location in the future.

For Easter dinner I purchased the prime rib dinner that served 4 to 6 people. You partially cook at the dishes including the prime rib home. It was expertly packed for me and came with very easy instructions and was simple to prepare. It was delicious!!! Prime rib, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, carrots, yeast rolls, au jus, and horseradish sauce. I'll certainly buy this again! Kudos to this Cracker Barrel in midtown Mobile for a job well done.

As someone who grew up in mobile, I was highly disappointed with the level of service my sisters, her partner and I had received this past Monday while meeting for brunch.We were told there was a 15 minute wait to be seated which we had no problem with. Seated for 20 minutes and we were only given menus. No drink or food order taken. It felt like our server intentionally ignored our table while tables seated AFTER us were receiving their food. We asked to be moved to a different table to which the original server rudely replied with "oh well you'll need to move from my section then" don't worry honey, we're moving.Should've left then. Nope. We proceeded to wait 2 WHOLE HOURS during which different servers came to our table twice attempting to give us food that wasn't our order. By the time we got our food, everything was cold. My mac n cheese had burnt pieces in it?This felt like a revenge ploy from the restaurant for us wanting to switch tables from lack of attention and it worked. (FYI: I don't want to say this was racially motivated, but our party was POC, and this felt personal.) Even though the meal was comped and we were all given "courtesy vouchers" for our bad experience, this whole ordeal has put me off of cracker barrel for life. I didn't even want the voucher at that point. I normally don't like to write negative reviews but this was by far the worst restaurant dining experience. Zero stars if I could. You've lost a patron for sure.

They first set us at table, but the fan was to cold, I asked the Host if we could set by the window where it was warmer. He said yes, that was fine. OurWaiter was ok, only came back once to leave the ticket.Our food was good.There was another customerthat came in and he wanted the shade to be closed. So the host went and closed the shade.The other people were in the middle area,so the host who set us at out table went and pulled the shade down.How rude! That was the whole reason why we moved to that table in the first place because it was warmer!!I told my husband and he opened the shade back up a little! The other people set with there back to the sun when they were being seated.That host knew that was the whole reason I went to set by the window and didn't care or ask if it was okay to close it.
