Love cook out! Best value of any fast food restaurants right now. Their seasonal shakes are amazing. Stopped in for their watermelon shake. They chop up actual watermelon in the back for this treat. Facilities are nice and in good shape. Staff is friendly.

Ordered a "grilled cheese" and it's an inside out hamburger bun with more cheese on the wrapper than in it.They should be ashamed of this.Also the chocolate chip mint milk shake had a fruity taste. Not what I was expecting.Only thing that was good was the cajun fries.
Quick. Fast. Cheap. Simple. Straight to the point. TASTY. I enjoy the food here. It was my first time. I would come back here just for the price and quality of food. I would recommend this to my friends and I will be coming back!
I just hate places that are a hit and miss. Got food today that is trash. It had an odd taste to it. And can we please figure out if you guys are going to call a regular drink a large or if it’s going to be regular. It’s just odd and annoying and I keep getting told different things. I ordered a large last time and got what you guys call a regular so I ordered “the largest you offer” today and got a regular cup? I’m just confused at this point.
Drive Thru was Awesome last night after we left the Kevin Gates concert! This was the only place to go get something to eat close by that was still open! I am very thankful an happy that was. Keep up the great work staff! ?
Got a spicy chicken sandwich tray with hush puppies and slaw. Everything was excellent and my custom order sandwich was made to order. Only "complaint" is that the slaw is too sweet for my tastes, but that's just a matter of preference. A little black pepper made it right :DService was excellent and very fast. Estimating 2-3 minutes per order during the time I was there.
I have to say every time I've passed by this place in the last 2 months I've always seen a line of cars all the way out to the road wrapped around the building it's insane. And that any time of the morning anywhere from 12:00 at night to 2:00 in the morning. So I decided time to stop by and see what these magic burgers are all about so I ordered the steak style hamburger I asked for extra pickles unfortunately they did not put the extra pickles on there which is why they did not get a higher rating from me but still the service was fast the portions,..yeah they're small, but they are rather scrumptious and savory.
Gave me the wrong order in the drive through but I also didn’t look at the order before I left, so partially my fault. Went back through the drive through to get my correct order. Only time anything negative has happened at this location to me. Still love the place.
Cook Out, it's not good when the entire family agrees that Checkers has better burgers than yours. My Mother in law's actual comment after having a Big Burford last night was, "That was way better that that high falutin place down the road, AND they got it right!"It saddens me that the state of service in our city is so horrid. I can understand mistakes, they happen because we're only human. What I can't understand is how you can get an order wrong when a customer comes in with a voucher from your corporate office that was the result of a previous poor performance.I also don't understand why the manager on duty did not personally ensure that the order was perfect. He can't say he didn't know about it since he had to override the register to ring it up.I'm so very disappointed. Cook Out, you used to be a great place to eat, now Checkers has passed you and left you in their dust.To corporate, thank you for trying to make it right, unfortunately your local store failed miserably.
