Everything was cooked well and delicious. The staff worked hard to get orders out and I appreciate them working as a team in these trying times.
The drive thru line was extremely long. I'd say over 15 minutes, BUT,the chicken was fresh, hot, and very good!!
Staff is funny and friendly, like moves a little slow, but im sure it's due to a shortage of workers. Chicken was fresh and hot!
In drive-thru for almost 30 minutes when I finally got to the menu board to place my order, sat there for 5 minutes when I said excuse me. A young man came on and said we are out of chicken, I said I have been sitting in this line for over 30 minutes and after you took the car in front of me order couldn't you have come on here after I pulled up and told me instead of letting me sit here. That's was at 8:40pm on a Tuesday their busiest night of the week, with car's behind me and I guess they closed at 9:00 so they was not frying no more chicken.
When the Mgr is there it's Better ... When the Mgr is not there... (NO we don't have spicy the employees say quick they get Joy out of saying NO! )
Fresh food. The customer service was nice. They were out of majority of the sides the day I went though.
The service was awesome, they kept me updated on my order status. The whole team worked well together
Kind of greasy, but it is fried chicken. But it tastes so good!
