Several weeks ago I gave my son 3 choices of restaurants downtown to choose from to make a reservation for last Saturday night 5/21 to celebrate his 8th grade graduation and he chose Chuck's Fish. I was delighted because I always enjoyed going there. We got there was seated and greeted. Waitress took appetizer orders and drink orders then everything went downhill from there. It took 2 hours to get our dinner. It was cold. Waitress was rude. Single worst dining experience in my life. Will never be back. I emailed the manager and never heard back. Good luck to future diners.
The prices are high considering the portion size and quality of the food. I've eaten better food from a dive. Not impressed. The staff could use some customer service training. They treated us like we should be grateful they were allowing us to eat at their restaurant.
Perfectly cooked steak with stuffed shrimp. Mighty fine. Excellent attentive staff and management.
Excellent food and service!
The food is good but the wait times are incredible Tonight, a Tuesday I went in at 7 PM. One person. Sat at the bar. Ordered some food and a drink 35 minutes later I had a drink. Food never came. At one hour and and 45 minutes no food with no time of arrival I checked out. Two out of three visits a total failure. WTF?
Unfortunately they were out of a few dishes so had to pick a few other options (sign of a good dish though) was pleased with everything from the fried oysters and stuffed shrimp! Service was lacking and the host was extremely rude and acted annoyed that we were dining. Would go back but probably would sit at the bar or order togo next time.
The sushi here was amazing. Wish I took a picture of the Donkey Crack. Yum, great pecan pie with vanilla ice cream too, and perfectly made old fashioned. Big shout out to Nicholas our server to for his fabulous service!
absolutely happy with our visit! the place is downtown Mobile Al. Beautiful second floor seating, friendly staff, the sushi was delicious!
First time ever eating here. What can I say. Absolutely hands down the best sushi on the planet! The miso soup is also amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a more laid back atmosphere, superb service, and next level dining experience. The family had such a great time and we will definitely be return customers.Had to report this excellent experience even to the general manager. Five stars aren’t enough!!! Go see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.
Appetizers were delicious. Great service and badass sushi! Caleb, the bartender, was perfect. We had a great meal with friends and will definitely be back!
