I had a lot of fun here ! Considering the remodel I wasn’t too much of a fan of them remodeling but it was really fun to me the pizza was good it did take a while though but it was perfect! The games were fun! Overall I enjoyed it but if your looking for animatronics they removed them sadly.

We had a blast the adults and the kids. Waiter was on point I made sure to tip him big.

Held my toddlers birthday party here. We had a great time but there isnt much for toddlers to do and the prices are outrageous. There was nobody stationed at the front to stamp hands. A few of the games also did not work. This definitely isnt the how I remember it. Its more like a arcade now. However we made the best out of it and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Not a place for kids. Had multiple bees/Hornets on the arcade games. When I got to the prize picking time my 3 year old had 247 tickets and was trying to pick a ball that was 250 and the guy said "you only have 247" lol ok rules are rules but then when my son picked a spinner he flicked it at him. If the kid in the cowboy hat looked any older than 16 would have had alot more to say. Seemed like he was the owners kid or some relative the way he walked around like he owned the place. Won't be taking my kids here anymore

I went for my great nephew's birthday. The host for the party was very attentive and everyone had a great time

This place isn't even a Chuck e cheese anymore it's just a big arcade with a money-sucking gimmick. We did however have a great time but I can't believe y'all did away with the scary robot characters that used to be on the stage.

I counted 11 games that were not working, which has become about the norm here. There was one super attentive and kind young man working the counter by himself, both taking food orders and trying to cash in tickets while 3 other older adult employees sat in a booth chatting and laughing. Most of the the tables were littered with old half eaten pizza, guests long gone but nobody cleaning the dining room. We have been here many times and have never seen anyone working on or cleaning the games, but there is no shortage of staff sitting around at tables. We've given this location enough "chances", we're done with it.

Super fun for the kids and parents

They didn't scan us or the children when we came in, everything is overpriced (and they don't even offer good coupon deals anymore), the hostess for the party I was attending wasn't friendly or approachable. Then to top it off they serve beer which in "my opinion" is a no-no in an atmosphere designed for children.

Definitely a place where a kid can be a kid. But also a place where parents don't watch their children and let them climb on whatever they please. Very short staffed but understandable due to lack of workers nationwide. Service from workers was decent. Chuck E. Cheese on the other hand didn't seem excited to be apart of the team and more of an introvert ??‍♀️ either way my children enjoyed themselves nonetheless.
