Slow line, small portions, stale chips, bad service, overcharged us for a side of guacamole we DIDN’T ask for, and forgot to give us the 2 side tortillas we DID ask for (See receipt, we should have gotten 3 tortillas total). Need I say more?The cashier, Chloe, had an air pod in her ear and was chatting with someone instead of focusing on accurately ringing up the customers. She also left the register to show the grill cook something on her phone so they could have a good laugh while she was waiting for the slow line people to finish preparing the food. Once they got the food ready she took at least 3 minutes to bag it and didn’t read back the order when ringing it up because she was too busy talking to someone on the phone through her air pod.I don’t know if Chipotle has stopped doing this altogether, or if it is just this location, but there wasn’t communication between the line and the cashier about the order. No markings on the bowl lids or verbal say of what is coming down the line. The cashier just asked us what we got.Attached is my receipt.

I've had more bad experiences than good ones at this Chipotle location. Most of the time our order is not prepared correctly. This last order left several items out of the burrito bowls we ordered. When my wife called to ask why the items were left out the manager just hung up on her. Chipotle used to be a good restaurant but the employees at this location have ruined it for us and will end up running this location out of business! We are done with Chipotle!

I normally love Chipotle. However, today the service was not friendly. The ice machine was broken and that information was given until after we purchased our drinks. No apology was given and no refund offered.

This is such a good Mexican restaurant. I used to enjoy one back when I lived in Tampa Florida so I was very glad they have a good Chipotle here in Mobile. They have many good meal choices. I like many of their burrito bowls and lifestyle bowls and salads. They also have good burritos, quesadillas, tacos and chips with salsa and guacamole. They can make everything rather quickly for you to either dine in or take out. Staff is good and nice and keeps Grill clean and safe

The experience was negative. I want with my niece and stood back and watched the 6 employees there. My first negative experiences was of the 6 employees working only one wash there hands ✋️. The other employees put hand sanitizer on there. What happen to wash, rinse and sanitizer before putting gloves on. The employees were on there cellphone as we were coming in the door.The food was not fresh as advertised on television. There need to be another safeserv class review. I worked in the food industry, so unfortunately I can spot something. ?My niece purchased the sandwich along with line of other customers. Unfortunately, upon eating the sandwich, I throw up the sandwich.Last Visit.

Do not order online from this location. You’re going to have to hover over them in person and drill them into getting your order right. Sat by the mobile order rack for 10 minutes just to find out from another customer that they were putting mobile orders on some random ledge out of sight from those who didn’t order in person. That same person who told me where my food was got her order wrong too. All three of her bowls were wrong. Missing multiple ingredients. I love chipotle but this location was a huge disappointment

Got a good and delicious Bowl and some Chips with guacamole. The food was hot and fresh and looked fantastic. The whole interior and the counter looked very clean and the employees were friendly and helpful.Only one improvement: the restroom need a makeover, it was slightly clean but after 1 hour of opening it should be better cleaned.

Sent in a mobile order using the Chipotle app. Had several orders and named each one as they were similar, but with different options for different people. When we got there we were informed that not only was our order not ready, but they didn’t have steak.That was 3 of my 6 orders, but they didn’t have any names for the orders so there was no way to figure out which ones needed different meat. They didn’t know what kind of cheese I ordered - I basically had to go down the line and reorder everything individually. Got the order and it was still wrong. Idk if the problem is with the app, the location, or what, but this was a trainwreck!

As usual, AMAZING! Visited to try the new Pollo Asada and it did NOT disappoint.Service was on point and the refreshing juice drinks kept the salsa at bay. ?If you've never been to Chipotle now's your chance. You'll wonder what took you so long. If you're a regular...then you probably quit reading after I mentioned POLLO ASADA.

The manager was very rude. The food was disgusting which was really Hard to believe. But I truly believe management has a lot to do with a place. She was a dark skin woman my family and Friends won't be back as long as she us there .
