I have heard the staff making fun of customers after they tell them that they do not have any of the ingredients to make their food. They have also closed in person dining randomly, when they were open for it the previous day. They did not provide me with a meal tray after ordering a bowl for dine in and did not make any attempt to help me clean up the mess when the bowl collapsed before I could even get to the drink counter. I had to ask for a broom and dust pan to clean the mess. They only offered to remake my food when I inquired as to when their policy changed regarding meal trays with dine in orders. Very unsatisfactory service at this location.
We went on a Thursday for lunch. My first time ever eating there. Service was great, very friendly employees. It's a service line, you pick out each item you want like a tortilla or a bowl then pick your items to make your meal. The employees talk really fast asking what items you want. It is a fast-food place so understandable. There's not a large variety to choose from. If you put melted queso from the first section and in the next section put shredded cheese, they charge for double queso. I figured if it's in a separate section it would be included. $2.50 for a little scoop. One bowl cost me $13.58. Too expensive for me but I couldn't eat it all and had it for lunch the next day so it evened out. BEWARE OF THE RED SAUCE! It's super hot ? My adult son loves hot sauce but this was a bit much for him. They actually remade his tacos for free without the sauce. ?
Typically I love this place. But I went a few days ago and the male cashier was rude and preoccupied texting on his cell phone. I get to the register and he tells me my total. I go to give him my payment and he huffy and puffs, walks away, and gets the party of 5 that was ahead of me back to the register to correctly pay for their food. He didn't say one word to me or ask me to hold or anything. It was really rude. He continued to text on his phone the whole time with the party of 5 ahead of me and while Servicing me. Food was great, as always. Service this visit was not.
The food is usually perfect. But today the rice wasn't all the way done. Seems like I'm being rushed to decide once I'm going through the line...I probably won't go back. Because people can't take constructive criticism now ah days..
It would be a 5.. BUT My rice is crunchy & hard! Not cooked enough ? Otherwise would have been perfect.
Good fast food Mexican place. Restaurant was spotlessly clean. Employees were friendly and the food was great. A little pricy for quick service food, but it's not so bad when you factor in that all the ingredients are fresh. The lemonade and flavored water drinksare excellent, so definitely do not pass those up! Modern industrial furniture and decor. Was not busy when we went, but started to pick up closer to lunch.
The service was pretty poor. The guy making our food made me feel like I was actually punishing him by even ordering. He mumbled and rushed all of us. The chips were stale (as always) and the topping portions were weak.
Every time I order through Uber eats my order is ALWAYS wrong. They never get it right it’s always half done which really sucks because the food is really good but after tonight I’m not going here anymore . They even got my sons quesadilla order wrong twice which is ridiculous. Don’t offer your brand on delivery service if you’re going to half do the job.
Punks, I went in to buy a burrito behind a couple I was made to wait 20 minutes.They purposely procrastanated. They couple portions but cheated me on my portions and a bad attitude. I walked out. Always go to the ones with the Mexicans.
I actually couldn't tell you. I waited in line for about eight minutes and it never moved. It seemed that they were having issues with someone. But otherwise, every time I get something here it's good. Decent.
