We had to wait 20 minutes for a table, which was fine, no issue with the waiting. The issue started when we got to our table, it was not clean. So we had to stand in the aisle while we waited for them to get a rag and start cleaning off the table. The service was okay, but our food did not come out the way it was ordered, and I have to say that the food was not good at all. Don't know what happened to Chili's, but their food was not good. Will not be going back anytime in the future.
Short staff. There was and hour wait for a table. Plenty of opened tables. But because of the shortage of servers we had to wait. However we was able to be seated at bar instead to be served. Overall good. Bar staff very nice and got our order promptly.
This is a very good Tex-Mex restaurant. Before I moved to Mobile I went to one in Tampa Florida rather often. I am glad they have it here for dine in and delivery. I like their chips and salsa, salads, tacos, fajitas and quesadillas. Even though it has very good Tex-Mex varieties of food you can also get burgers and fries. They also have nice Margaritas. The staff is efficient and nice and the restaurant seems clean and safe
Definitely would give this place a one star, if I could. Yesterday was my birthday & I decided to have dinner here. From the very beginning after being seated, things were going downhill. The waitress was all over the place. There was another guy complaining at this table. Every time we tried to order, she was not listening to the order. We kept having to repeat ourselves. I’m assuming she was new but she didn’t know ANYTHING about the menu items. The appetizers were HORRIBLE. My fried pickles was over cooked, burnt and very hard. My husbands Loaded Potato Fries were as hard as a brick & dry. Nothing loaded about them. Immediately let the waitress know that it was unacceptable. Sent everything back and they still came back the same way. Right then, I let her know I was NOT paying for that and to KEEP the remainder of our order in the kitchen. We left immediately!!! I use to love eating but it’s definitely not the same. I will not be back !!! Definitely ruined my birthday spirit and dinner. Wish I took pictures of every, but I was too upset and ready to get out of there. Definitely will be reaching out to corporate on this one.
Gave 3 stars only because our server Robert was awesome. Other than that, we waited 20 minutes to sit at the bar only to be told the bar was "too busy" for us to be able to be seated there, when there were only 3 people at the bar. We sat at a table only to wait for 30 minutes just to get my appetizer. After sitting there more people were sat at the bar and it filled to 10 people. The only good part of the experience was Robert. He deserves a raise. He kept drinks coming and kept us entertained.
Called the store at 8:00 to make a togo order (they close at 10) never answered the phone. We were on our way there anyway but my boyfriend walked in and it took 10 minutes for anyone to even show up to the togo station (he had to ask the bartender to get her) we wait an hour or so for our food only to be put in all small boxes which is fine but we ordered a 10oz steak and received what looks like 6oz maybe under. There’s no way it’s the correct size unless they charred it. It’s suppose to be a medium steak.
Service was pretty good, the food was surprisingly good and looked good too. But, the bathroom looked like no one had touched it in a week. The table was sticky, the table computer had food on it as did the walls in the booth. Not just our booth but all within view. The floor was sticky everywhere.
I never give bad reviews, but my food was absolutely terrible and I could not help but to give one. I got two salads, boneless buffalo and Santa fe grilled chicken. They didn’t put half the ingredients listed in EITHER of the salads, boneless buffalo had maybe 1/4 the lettuce it should’ve. They put rotten cilantro on my salad, also barely any lettuce. Call me a Karen all y’all want but this is ridiculous. Y’all need to be inspected.. Picture is of rotten vs fresh cilantro, and there is way more rotten than that. Also didn’t put the right sauce in and buffalo chicken didn’t taste like buffalo.
This store closes at 10 PM. I submitted a pickup order through DoorDash, and showed up at 9:15 to pick up my order. All of the doors were locked and I couldn’t get in to get my order, 45 minutes before they closed. Workers laughed and pointed at me and my girlfriend, walked up and nodded their heads, and teased us that we couldn’t get in. Little did they know my order was already completed and I just had to pick it up. We waited at the front door until 9:30 in below freezing weather. I then called the store and this super sweet girl opened the door and let me in. I didn’t get her name but she wore a beanie and had long braids and glasses. Also, food wasn’t good, it was okay. Overall pretty bad experience.
The food was good and staff was friendly. We had lunch and the price was reasonable for two people, but my major complaint is our table was nasty dirty and the bathrooms were nasty too. The cleanliness of the place needs major improvement, but besides that I would definitely eat here again.
