Being it was in the mall I was surprised by how fast the service was. Way faster then stand alone restaurant.

I work for homeless shelter. One of my responsibilities is to pick up every Monday. They are closed Sunday's. Any food that hasn't sold Saturday night, The workers bag it up Saturday night and donate it to the homeless shelter I work for.I pretty much only dr with one person. She is great, but all the staff are so nice when I go in.Everyone I have ever interacted with are so nice.
Waited 24 mins and never got my food. Usually its great, often not the fastest but good food and polite workers. I can't afford to waste my 30 min lunch break in the drive up and not get any food.
1st visit,VERY Organized! Line moved quick,placed order,[email protected] has your Name,recites your Food Order,gives you Drinks,you wait a short time,name is called,recieve Food Order. We found an available Table,they continued checking on us Dining Customers. Great Job by all!??
Katie dropped off our food this morning her professionalism was impeccable. She was very polite understanding and fast. She was in and out. . . in about 4 minutes. We were elated with our food.THANKS KATIE ! YOU MADE OUR MORNING!
I've never gone to a bad Chick-fil-A. I like their Chick-fil-A sauce with their waffle fries but I mostly get grilled chicken sandwich with barbecue sauce. They have good lemonade, and great soups.
