Food and service is always great. However the young lady brought the wrong drinks to my car and when I tried to tell her what I had she just walked off, she didn't let Me finish my sentence. A little rude to Me, but she was young and that's my first time experiencing something like this here so I didn't make a big deal. Don't let the long line discourage you because the line move really fast.
Thank you Chic-Fil-A for a wonderful experience every time we come! Katelyn went above and beyond for us this morning! She saw that I was a little frazzled (dealing with a car dealership early this morning), and made sure to check with us multiple times as we were eating. Thank you for caring about your customers.
The food is good, if not drab. The thing that outweighs the food is their politics. They came out against the LGBTQ+ community some years ago. This is inappropriate for a fast food restaurant, and their religious convictions have no place in the food industry.
It's Chick-fil-A, what more needs to be said?This one has a very long drive thru lane so plenty of space. 2 lanes delivering food so it goes fast!
There drive threw moves very quickly. The sat up is excellent. People are so nice.
Used to love going to this one, but the service is not up to par of the Airport location, I will not be back. The service was slow, I’ve never been in a Chick-fil-A line longer than 10 minutes and it took almost 30 minutes. Ridiculous.
This place is going downhill. The last few times I’ve been there my order has been wrong. I asked for 7 packs of mayonnaise today. We had one sandwich, an 8 count nugget and two orders of fries. They would only give us two packs of mayonnaise! We love mayonnaise and will eat it on everything! If they can’t give people condiments then it’s not even worth going for me anymore.
I've never given a Chick-fil-a a bad review, but I've been to this location multiple times in the last couple months and it's the only CFA location I've ever been to that takes at least 20 minutes to get through the drive thru even during the not as busy hours. The employees can't possibly be put through the same training as employees from all the other stores. I was in line for 25 minutes today. The girl taking my order was rude, and when I finally received my food everything was cold. CFA just usually has such high standards. I will not be visiting this location again.
Ran into a problem with the app for my 10+ person order so ended up making a dash for the store. They did a fantastic job pulling together a large order in a VERY short period of time. Great job.
I absolutely love eating at Chick-fil-A. The food here always tastes great and comes out very quickly. Every employee there is always so very nice and does their best to make sure that you walk out satisfied and with exactly what you were looking for.
