I had the best experience this morning. The young lady came to the intercom with a positive attitude. She seemed new and clearly overwhelmed. She gets a 5 star because she was sooo nice, wasn’t too proud to ask for help and verbalized what was going on. She also had a good team because they stepped in to get my order and allowed her to take a breath.
We love Chick-fil-A, but not all locations are the same. We do drive-thru at this location a lot. Very fast! Really delicious and people standing at the drive-thru and taking your orders are very friendly! Thumbs up to the management of this location and always enjoy the smiling faces of the people who work there that I see in May be 5 minutes. It feels nice in our very busy lives!
I wish all businesses operated their service level at the level that CFA operates. Maybe everyone should HAVE to work there before they can work anywhere else in service!
Quick service (had about 7-8 cars in front and i was out in approx 7 minutes), very pleasant cashier even though it was around 50 degrees outside brrr. Food was hot, fresh and order was right. But I mean do you really expect anything else from the people that make the Lord's chicken lol!
Chicfila never disappoints :) they always bring my food out fast and never mess up my order. One time I was in curbside when it starting raining, so I called and told them i’d get in the drive thru, but they insisted it was no biggie and brought it to me in the rain. Whoever manages chicfila needs to be President
Not the best chick fil a I’ve been to. Often leave out the sauce or get the sauce wrong, one time they completely left out my sandwich from my meal. Been served lukewarm food several times. Disappointing experience
Only chick-fil-a I've ever been to that marked a sandwich (no pickles) yet it had pickles on it. You have 1 job, no pickle guy, and you screwed it up. Line was too long to drive back around and have them fix it. Won't be back to this location
Order was wrong twice and then the manager tried to argue when it was brought to her attention. Really unprofessional. I’ve done my time in food service and know this was veryyy low quality customer service.
Always amazing. I mean, it's CFA ? there is nothing wrong here It's always a 12 out of 10 experience.
The most awesome experience I've ever had at any restaurant period. They're super fast, extremely nice, and run like a well oiled machine. Other places should take note of how to treat customers.
