My kids love Chick-Fil-A and this location is super convenient to school. We order on the app and they are always quick to bring our food out to our car. The staff is always very friendly. Our food portion of our order is always correct, however I have 4 stars instead of 5 as we often are missing our sauces/ketchup, a fork or a straw. My child thinks it’s the end of the world if she doesn’t get her chick Fil a sauce so it’s frustrating to look in the bag and see it’s missing. Because I also have a small child with me it’s not convenient to get out and go in the lobby for my sauces. The kids love that the lobby is once again open and really enjoy playing on the climbing tower with friends.
The lines are long, but the emoyees are polite and the food is great. Good job!
My first inside visit to this location since COVID and must say it was disappointing. The inside was not as clean what I would expect for a Chick-fil-A. Second I'm not sure they were really ready to start serving inside since it was comparable to being at McDonald's as far as service. Last part is the to go salad is so not worth the cost. This small container for it's cost is not worth it.
Chick-fil-A is a good place to get chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches. Their chicken items taste fresh and are nice and warm. They have good French fries to have with meals. The staff seems nice and efficient and prices are reasonable. You can drive through or eat inside.
The girl who was at the drive thru was a bit rude. The guys at window were not conservative with wording. I forgot a medium fry on my order and ordered it at the window. One guys went “Oh god” and then a few minutes later we’re talking about the girls they work with saying ,” she over here looking like a whole dang snack” I never got my sauce I had paid extra for but I will say food was amazing and lady that handed me my food was really nice and sweet about it.
If only our country was ran half as well…Chick-fil-A for President!!?????????Seriously though… Outstanding Service, Delicious Food, Ridiculously Fantastic Organization/Execution. They saved the day with 60 nuggets and delicious sides, after another restaurant shut down because they were sold out of chicken. Fast, polite, and always fantastic food at Chick-fil-A. Thanks!
No sauces with curbside order. Manager got an attitude when I called. They weren’t even busy and messed my order up.
I consistently have to park and wait for food here. Never have that problem at other Chic-Fil-A stores. Consistently out of mac and cheese. Would give 0 stars if could as I have already contacted management about this issue and their solution was a free meal, not fixing the problem. Chicken with McDonald’s level service.
This location is always busy but still has the best customer service in Mobile. No matter what time I go they are fast, polite, and never mess up my order!! Highly recommend!
