Not bad. Definitely a step up from other wing spots. Lots of great choices for wing sauces and dry rubs. Decent selection of draft on tap and a pleasant wait staff. Rachel had us at 'hi'.
So, their logo is a Buffalo with wings - which really has nothing to do with Buffalo Wings. The original Buffalo Wings came from Buffalo, NY and had nothing to do with Bison, the Native American Cow, and they’re made from chicken. For that matter, actually Buffalo, NY has nothing to do with Buffalos either, they’re not natural to that region. Oh wait…where was I going with this…ah, the food is good and the place is fun! Enough said!!!
Server was attentive and the food came out quick. We came in for Thursday lunch. A person in my party wanted to try different sauces and the server was more than accommodating to help them. He was prompt coming back with the sauces. I asked for extra ranch and he didn’t skip a beat. He even took the time to suggest items on the menu willingly. Once we ordered, he came back with all the proper utensils and even brought an extra plate for the bones. In all my experiences at multiple BBW locations, this has not happened. The food presentation was nice and hot. He came back to check on us, when our appetizer and then lunch hit the table. Our drinks were never empty. Rarely do I encounter servers who are attentive, properly trained, and gives great service. Does BBW have a leadership/training department? If so, this guy should be teaching other BBW servers around the country how to smoke the competition with server customer service. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom was stocked and clean as well.
Bailey's , service was outstanding! No matter the request she was ON IT. I came alone but I didn't feel alone . She's very pleasant and personable. & I never had to look for her not one time. She made sure my order was perfect and it was!loved my Asian zing & parmasean garlic wings!Highly request her!!
We have ate at Buffalo Wild Wings quite a few times and loved it, That's why we kept coming back.Last week we ate there and it was horrible.The street tacos were hard as a rock,they were not even edible. Tacos look like a bunch of kindergartens went in on a field trip and made the food for the day very little chicken on the taco. I cannot even describe how hard and horrible they were.So I was like well maybe it was just a off night for them. Oh no !!!! ordered again the food was horrible. I ended up throwing it away. I don't know what's going on but I won't be back anytime soon. I'm not one to write reviews or complain because I know things happen but two times and a span of a few weeks there's something going on.
Purchased 10 piece traditional wings at Chino Hill BWW. Wings dry and overcooked. With the many other revenue generators at BWW it seems the wings are a sideline now. Oh well there are other places with much better wings. I prefer not to submit a picture of poorly prepared food.
When my husband and I got there, Bri, the hostess let us know they were short staffed but, we were still seated in less than 10 minutes and our server, Hannah, was great. Appetizers out in about 10 minutes and no long wait for the entrees. The onion rings were my fav. Another server heard us ask about the game and changed the TV. It was a good experience.

This was my first time having Buffalo Wild Wings and it was great. We door dashed our meals and everybody's food came out great. The soda's are pretty expensive but other than that we all enjoyed our food. I will visit the restaurant next time!
