I ordered Sea Bass originally but it was nasty. Then I exchanged it for Mahi Mahi which was better but not awesome. The fish portions were small. My husband ordered me 2 different alcoholic drinks ? ? which made me rather sick to my stomach. That never happens. The creamed spinach was OK. The Mac n cheese was good. This restaurant is a hit or miss most times we have been there.
Have been going to Bonefish for years—including this location amongst others. Tonight was awful. Ordered my usual pineapple martini, but it was horrible. Waitress had it remade and brought another. Even worse! It was like watered down lemon juice?! Normally it’s my favorite drink. The manager came over and said he would go watch them make the drink and taste it for hisself. He never returned. We went to pay and had a $5 reward to use. Also took advantage of their 10% veteran’s discount, but were informed we couldn’t use both. Ended up unable to use the reward at all regardless of attempting to split the check. The waitress made the manager aware and instead of making it right, the manager just sent the waitress back to tell us we couldn’t do both. Basically nothing was made right during this visit and we were already really disappointed we didn’t get our favorite drink at all when that’s really all we came here for!
Our server, Annette was great! The smoked old fashioned cocktail was very good, the crushed pineapple martini was a little bit too sour and lemony-tasting- reminded me of a lemon drop martini. Rainbow trout was on point, Bonefish signature pasta with salmon was pretty good- the salmon part was well-seasoned and tasty, but the pasta had a little bit too much cumin for my taste, and reminded me of an armpit. (But cumin always reminds me of smelly armpits, so there’s that.) Overall, it a decent experience for a chain restaurant.
We love bonefish for it's delicious upscale seafood recipes and classy atmosphere. We always receive great service and the only issue we've had is the amount of time it takes for a server to check back after our meal is complete so we can pack up our leftovers and pay.Nothing frustrating just a little concerning at times.
Perfect, every time. The steak may be the most tender steak, in the area. Drinks are always made well. We’ll be back very soon!
Let's be clear, this was my first and last time going to Bonefish Grill. It was Valentine's Day and I expected restaurants to be chaotic and busy. So when I pulled up at Bonefish, it wasn't that busy. I went in to ask for a wait time and was told that I had to have a reservation or I could sit at the bar. I went online just to see if I could make one and I did.... For 30 minutes later. When my reservation time came up, I went in and was asked how many in my party and I told the hostess 4. She said follow me. I said well do I need to tell you that I have a reservation under my name. She said no, we have room. Ok, I let that slide. Then my party arrived and we ordered. Based on the white cloth tablecloths and the prices, I knew my food was going to be on point. That was not the case. I ordered chicken and shrimp and my daughter ordered salmon. Awful, awful, awful, and BLAND!!! The food was not hot at all, but we waited literally without complaining because it was Valentine's Day and I wanted great quality food. My plate had seasoning of burnt grill and my daughter salmon was overcooked. My friend's plate was ok so she say and her daughter pasta was good. I didn't want to send it back so just choose not to eat it. I will not ever go back again. Now I see why they didn't have a wait!!!
The food was really good and the staff was friendly. We liked the potstickers but wish they were crispier. The flavor was really good though. My bang bang fish tacos were really good and way too filling. There wasn't any wait, and the staff was wearing masks. Our server was so nice and attentive.
The food looks great… The fish was very dry and bland. The rice was not cooked fully.. Now the shrimp and broccoli was good.. The thing that bothered me was the waitress personally was great… The customer service was awful … We asked that the guest of honor be served first… Simply refused… She had to do it her way/ company way.. We had request that should have been accommodated but was refused.. That is deal breaker.. I did not address it cause I am not out to get a free meal but will decide not to return unless someone invites me.. This was my first time at this establishment and was not impressed by my food nor service… Now this is my experience… The restaurants is clean and has a great ambiance… I really had a strong dislike for my meal.. I am not a person who order food complain to get a free/ reduce meal.. So I just will take my business elsewhere
This place was very busy. Thank God for reservations & going at an early time.Sarah was our server & was multitasking but didn't slack on checking on our party of 8. She made sure that we were satisfied & if not corrected it quickly. She deserves a raise looking at everything she was doing, despite be shorthanded, despite being backlogged, despite the long line of people waiting, we could hear the joy in her heart.Thank you for making our experience here pleasant and very memorable. May God continuously bless you in every area of your life in the mighty name of Jesus amen, amen, amen.Oh yeah the appetizers were great, they didn't give me time to take pictures. Bang-bang Shrimp, Imperial Dip, & Crab Fries. I had Shrimp and Rice (it was a little salty) but Sarah quickly corrected that?
My order was delivered, so I couldn't facilitate an exchange. The portions were VERY small, even though I requested and paid for the larger cutting of salmon; the salmon was dry and the "fishy" taste was not edible; the spinach and mashed potatoes were about a one-fourth cup serving; the chowder was mostly corn...not even a tablespoon of crab. The bread was good, as well as the herb and olive oil.
