First I would like to say if I could give 0 stars I would. I am highly disappointed in the food and customer service. I went and ordered a family box of chicken to take home, once I made it home and started to taste the chicken it tasted old and very dry. Everyone in my family had already started eating so I could not package it back up and take it back. The only thing good was the sweat tea, and even that could have been better. Everything down from the chicken down to the biscuit tasted old and disgusting. Save yourself and just go to the new Bojangles on I-10 Exit 10!
We stop here on the way to and from FloraBama and it never disappoints! Staff is always friendly and courteous. All day breakfast is amazing. Bacon, egg & cheese biscuits, hash browns, chicken tenders and bone in chicken, mash and Mac and fries. We all loved our meals. I wish they would open these in DFW area.
Drove quite a distance to get here just to be disappointed. Ordered 2pc breat and wing and a 3pc legs and thighs. Sides were green beans, fries and mashed potatoes and fries. Both orders came with a biscuit. The everythkng was so dry and luke warm like they had been sitting. They were not serving the Italian green bean just the regular ones and the fries weren't cooked well or were old not sure and the biscuit was warm but was very salty. Very disappointed.
I usually love this place, but was so disappointed when I got home with super dry, crusty chicken strips ? Everything else was great.
This is the best Chicken place by far.
My wife and I went here while on vacation expecting to enjoy a Bojangles breakfast together only to discover that the lobby was closed for seated dining. We ended up going to Panera instead for breakfast. Very disappointed.
I love their buttermilk biscuits and they are fresh and soft. The bacon,egg,and cheese is heavenly. The Bo browns are really good, they are different than any other fast food hash browns, they have a unique flavor. It's always the same hot, fresh, and the staff is always professional and helpful.
Fast, friendly and delicious. The French fries are covered in a savory salty seasoning and the chicken is always crunchy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. They also have a special My. Dew flavor exclusive to B. Bojangles has become a family favorite.
California native here, first time at bojangles through a road trip to Pensacola Florida. Heard about them through Rhett and Link and my girlfriend who is a North Carolina native! The service at this location is unmatched they made everything fresh for us (my guess cause it was my first time) but so superb I loved the food and can’t wait to go back
Friendly staff. Quick service. I got a chicken sandwich and fries and I had forgotten how good they both were before this.
