This has become my favorite place to eat since I discovered it. Food is good service is good.
Milkshakes, Banana Split and pie A La Mode perfect. We ate our dessert first. Shrimp PoBoy, Philly cheesesteak PoBoy were both very good. Great service and great tea was a bonus. We were there at 4:30, by 5:30 on a Monday night it was getting crowded.
The food was very good and came out pretty quickly. The staff was friendly. We would definitely recommend this quaint place to eat!

The food here was great. It's a 1950s atmosphere. Imagine if you could eat southern American food from then. The service was awesome. The decor just added to this the whole experience. Food was delicious..
The food here is good down home type cooking. Depending on the time of day you may be able to be seated fairly quickly. The wait staff are nice and do a good job of getting the food to you. The only complaint that my wife and I food that brought to us that not hot just lukewarm. All in all though food was pretty good and restaurant is a good place to rat
This food was DELICIOUS! I had to unbutton my pants because I was just that full. This is what I call a GOOD, home cooked Southern meal.
I have for years been eating gumbo from BigTime Diner. It was once wonderful. I have told everybody that the best gumbo in town is at Big Time Diner. The last several times I have eaten it, it seems to be getting a little worse each time. Tonight it has reached the point of inedible. I will never eat Big Time Diner gumbo again. I don’t know what has happened but it is a sad day in my restaurant world.
