Some of the hottest wings I have ever tasted & I've tried a lot of hot wings in different states, cities, & towns! Also they were cooked perfectly!
I had an excellent experience here. The hospitality is above and beyond. The runner who I think was the chef or apart of the leadership team, brought the food ordered except the fries. When I inquired about the fries, he advised me that some fresh ones just FL dropped and will be out shortly. The attention to detail (bringing the food out that's hot and ré-affirming that some more is on the way which will be hot as well) is exactly the guest experience that makes regulars.Everything came out as ordered, it was hot, the bartender and trainee were all very knowledgeable about the food, alcohol and menu overall. I was impressed! Ohh and there was a roving manager, he stopped by the guests at the bar and tables to see how everyone was doing, that's hospitality. I will definitely return to Baumhower's Victory Grille.FYI:Parking is in a lot located at the mall, it's an open air parking, not building, parking is also free. They have approx 58 TVs showing a diversity of events. The demographic is millenials, Gen Z and some baby boomers.
This was our second lunch experience .It was so wonderful first visit we couldn't wait to come back! We ordered burgers, mine with Monterey Jack cheese. Half way through I realized mine did not have any cheese on itNot that big of deal, figured I would just get them to take price of cheese off bill. I guess it was the manager that told me the cheese was a thin slice!!! And walked away!!!! Over a price if cheese! Lost our business!
This was my first time eating here. The staff (Queen) and food was wonderful. Great atmosphere . I would recommend this place to friends and family for sure. I will definitely go back !!!!
Last night we went here after my Neice baby shower due to the guy manager asking me and my husband to come back for better service like something will be different. Long store short this is a restaurant that I will never visit again for was not fresh and i and my 9 year old whole plate is in the refrigerator ???. If I could give a zero I would. 3 time supposed to be a charm but it was like the first and second time‼️‼️
Great food for the money spent. The customer service was impeccable, greeted as soon as you enter the restaurant. We were seated immediately, Dominique was our server. He did an outstanding job, drinks and appetizers we brought out in a timely manner. Our meals was not to far behind the appetizers. Definitely will be visiting here again.
Got seated pretty quickly. Our server was friendly, attentive and was knowledgeable about the menu and our questions. Food came out hot, and the order was correct. My daughter is picky, but she loved the kid's grilled cheese and fries. The only negative was that they didn't have their signature curly fries, but the ones they did have were good. Will definitely be back.
The food was good, but the utensils were not served not until we asked and the waiter said "the washers were throwing them away and they run out of knife or utensils so he ended up giving us plastic utensils" hmm I don't think its a good excuse to tell that to the customers while we see the restaurants full pack of customers and they don't have enough utensils? ?But so far the ambiance of the restaurant is good.
Amazing service and phenomenal food! Definitely will be back.
Good food seems to be short staffed in the kitchen takes awhile to get you food. Sorry don't order appetizers because they just come out with the meal anyway
