Over Rated and over priced!! I thought burger King sold the chicken fries?? But guess not, I got 3 at zaxbys and fries and it was 8.00
YUM. I am having the grilled chicken sandwich with hit honey mustard and coleslaw (instead of fries). Best coleslaw in town!!! Chicken is tender, sauce is amazing and the cutest little high school staff with big smiles. I love it!!! The way it should be!

I was told one thing from one worker and another thing from a different worker. I had a doordash order the worker in the back at the drive through line told me I could go to the window to pick up the order when I get to the window the worker at the window told me I had to come in. If I needed to come in every worker needs to know that to give the correct information and not false information! Management was just rude!
Worst salad I ever purchased. I understand that everyone is trying to cut cost but the salad, or lack of, that I received was sad. The lettuce barely covered the bottom of the container. ??
I love Zaxby's but thats coming from the location I frequented in Missouri. Both locations here in Madison leave much to be desired. The lobby expierence is disorganized, the fries always mush and not well seasoned, toast is never toasted, and chicken average. You just open the box to a soggy meal. Disappointing since Zaxbys used to be a staple of mine but Madison has other alternatives to offer.
Food was as usual for Zaxbys.. Decent. Drive thru wait was longer, much longer, then usual. The men's bathroom reeked of Marijuana. Not a good look, or smell, for a business establishment.
I rarely write reviews but tonight when my son went to this Zaxby’s after several not so good past experiences ,I said “ you know what I’ve got to say something. He’s home on Spring Break decided to give this Zax’s another chance only to get disappointed AGAIN! He’s ALWAYS been a fan from day one being that he really only eats chicken & pepperoni pizza. I know right ! I gave a 1 star and that was for the location. I blame MANAGEMENT. The chicken was old probably leftover from earlier , I asked for mushrooms they were the smallest I’d ever seen . Wasted a trip & $$$. That was just ridiculous. Trash worthy, But no worries “ we’re DONE”
Great job standing in the window on the line not making food and talking in the phone. 20 min so far waiting for a simple order.. and guess after talking in phone with your gloves on you wanna make food. I wonder how many people just touched the phone and now you wanna make food and not change gloves. Thank
Yooo... Not sure what these are but they're not wings. Y'all over cook the hella out of them. Pretty sure these are cardboard in disguise...
