I love WOW Donuts. The donuts are always fresh and taste amazing. Also, the store is very clean.
Very poor customer service and communication. I see why businesses are having to shut down if this is how they are ran!!
I ordered a basic mix of glazed and chocolate iced donuts for my school staff on very short notice. They filled my order with other delicious varieties and still had them ready quickly. MES teachers have raved about how delicious they were!

Google says they are open until 1pm on sundays, so do the hours on the door upon arrival but when arriving at 12 noon they were closed. We were very disappointed because we drove across town for their donuts. Recommend updating hours both on door and online. I don’t appreciate wasting my time or gas.
My go-to donut shop in Madison. Great prices and delicious donuts every time I've eaten from there. They never disappoint and are super friendly!
This location has two types of donuts available when we arrived (about 10am) and over all would not recommend this place. We stopped by the dunkin after to get some donuts, but there's also a daylight donut pretty nearby that offers a less corporate feeling if you want to support local businesses.

Great great great tasting donuts. Im a crispy creme guy but these are different better. Being right up the street from us makes this almost bad for us. Clean little family shop. Always friendly and you can feel the gratefulness from them. Worth the little extra per donut. Kids enjoy these on Sunday mornings for sure!
I ordered softball donuts. They were bright green and red. I would have been happy to provide a photo of what a softball looked liked but I thought it was common knowledge. I was also hounded to come pick them up even though the business didn’t close until 1pm. They called 3x before 8am, multiple texts, and FB messaging. Very disappointed.
