The two ladies helping me were very nice. My coffee the first time tasted sour and it was remade and it was sour again. I just had them pour it out and left without coffee. My breakfast bagel was thrown together with all the bacon on one side. There was a guy in there I’m assuming doing inventory and put his hair up where they make the coffee and never washed his hands afterwards.
This is a review of the service and professionalism at this location, not of the products. When I went inside (Friday afternoon, 4/29), I was the only customer in the place. A cashier for the whole mart, who doesn't make coffee drinks, took my order and seemed quite thorough and polite. However, no barista was around, though he told me they'd get right to it (perhaps a shift change was occurring). I sat at the seat closest to the register to wait.Then, two other customers entered and took 5-6 minutes to place their orders and pay, as they hadn't been to a White Bison before. Meanwhile, a barista came out from the back and stood next to the cashier while they ordered and then finally walked away to make drinks (I assumed mine). She made a smoothie and delivered it to them, and then made their coffee drink which was almost the same as mine but not close enough for me to say "oh I think that one's mine". So I asked the cashier when my drink would be made. He replied "what'd you have?". By that point I was fed up with the wait and lax attitudes of the staff, so I left without my $5 coffee.Before jumping straight to a bad review (because I know people have off nights) I even called the store after cooling off a bit to try to speak with a manager so they could make this right. The person who answered was polite, but when they handed me over to the assistant manager, his only word to me was "hey." I said "yes, I'm waiting to speak with a manager". He replied "yeah that's me I'm the assistant manager tonight, hey".I found his diction and tone so unprofessional that I got off the phone without reporting my issue. So, here I am writing the review I did not want to write. I'm disappointed more than anything because I was so excited to have a White Bison nearby. However, they will continue losing business if the staff is not overhauled and/or trained properly in the very near future.
Great little coffee shop as part of a gas station. A wide variety of coffee and other snacks and drinks. They also sell coffee grounds and accessories. Plenty of places to seat. Comfortable too. Nice set up and distinct from the gas station. Staff were really nice. Strategic place since the place was inside the gas station with lots of traffic. I had the drip Guatemalan coffee. It had a nice kick to it. I loved it. I also had the egg and bacon and cheese bagel. Delicious. Enjoyed my time there. I plan to return and recommend it to try.
staff could be friendlier. They were rude and unprofessional.
I really wish that I could put zero stars. For the second time I have arrived at this White Bison and no one is running the drive thru. I pulled into the parking lot and let my daughter go inside thinking someone will be running the store. She waits 15 minutes before anyone takes her order. The person taking her order then starts walking outside instead of making the drink. At this point (twenty minutes of waiting with no other customers) we are going to be late so I request a refund because we do not have time to wait for her to find the barista. The employee states that she does not know how to make a refund and continues to go outside to find her coworker who is in her car. We left without the refund, this store should not claim to be 24/7. They do not serve in the early morning in a timely or reliable way. White Bison is paying their employees to sit in their car. We will not be back at all.
This White Bison (store number 3104) will have you saying "STARBUCKS WHO?!" Coffee is always fresh and the lattes are never over sweet!Their employee, Skye H., specifically is amazing! Shes super friendly and knows her stuff. When I was pregnant with gestational diabetes, she was able to provide me great sugar free recommendations that made me feel like I wasn't missing out on great drinks! I will go out of my way to go to this store for the great service, great atmosphere and even better coffee.
I love this white bison! The coffee is so good and the prices are great. Store 3104 for me just sets the bar super high. The service is always great, the coffee is always great, and the employees are awesome! Nicole is very helpful and kind, and makes my day when I go in! Love this place keep it up
At white bison store 3104 it has always been an amazing experience weather it be in the fast drive through, quick service, or friendly staff I will never say anything negative about my trips here. Would love to highlight Nicole for always being friendly and welcoming whenever I come in always makes my time even better! Best coffee in Madison and forever a regular!
Store 3104… what can I say other than above and beyond extraordinary service. Yeah, I could go to Starbucks, but then I’d just be customer 287 in the drive thru. Here, I am a person. I get to see fantastic women in the mornings! I get to see Skye, who never misses an opportunity to greet me warmly and put a smile on her face. I get to see Allie who never forgets how I take my coffee and both women go above and beyond, not just for me but for everyone who walks in the door and pulls up through the drive thru. I’ll take that over Starbucks ANY DAY. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
Goodmorning, Just wanted to let people know that the staff at the White Bison on Hwy 72 Madison, Al (Clift Farms) is amazing. So nice in todays world to have the smiles and service the way they provide. Corrine and Ali are a delight every morning. Daily visitor and will continue to be.
