PLEASE PLEASE COME TO ATLANTA ??I'm a coffee fanatic and I travel all around the country and there isn't anything like this White Bison / Twice Daily story anywhere.I'm reluctant to give any coffee shops Americano a grade close to Starbucks or Pete's but White Bison is right there with the best ??I took this photo a 2am while at the Avid Hotel right next to the store just enjoying the warm weather ?
Ok, I just tried the drip coffee for the first time and it was excellent, deserves a 5-Star rating. My large cup came to $3.11 in the drive-thru and I handed the female cashier a twenty and said just give me back $15. Was it an astronomical tip? No. But those with manners and a pulse would at least say thank you? At least I got a “have a nice day”, no eye contact. Is it just me?
staff could be friendlier. They were rude and unprofessional.
I love it! As a coffee fanatic I was ecstatic for a new coffee place to open up by my house. It's not as expensive as Starbucks and it tastes better, at least that's my opinion. My favorite coffee I've tried so far is their Vanilla Frappe. Also their food is pretty good. I've been dying for a good Bagel since FOREVER. And oh my goodness is their bagel amazing! You should at least give them a try before you knock em!
White Bison coffee in the Twice Daily convenience store in Madison has quickly become my guilty pleasure. I stop by at least 3 or 4 times a week (often daily, who am I kidding?). Yeah, I'm a regular.The staff there are always friendly and attentive. I don't even have to order anymore! I walk in or hit the drive through and Soliel (Star, too) knows my order and makes my latte for me just the way I like it.The coffee is great, but the staff really makes this White Bison location shine, and they're why I always come back.
I tried two different espresso drinks (Carmel Macchiato and a flavored latte) here while traveling through Madison. They were both really good, but a touch too sweet for me. If you like your coffee sweet, then you would love it. If not, just ask for less sweetener. Everyone working there was very nice.
I thought this place served coffee and food 24hrs. The last week and half everytime I go there around 1am the store is open, but I can't purchase coffee or food because they tell me they don't have anyone working that side. I find it weird when the other employee is right out front in her car sleeping or doing whatever. Whoever owns this place needs to check the cameras at night and see what type of stuff the employees are doing.
Incredibly slow, rude staff, and have gotten subpar food. I’ve been a frequently because it’s close to my work, but they have messed up my order numerous times and then argue with me afterwards. Have gotten fruit that is soggy and gross. Usual wait time if there is one other car there is 10 minutes. Do NOT recommend this place. One Athens is better.
The coffee was great but I experienced rude customer service. I had never tried a vanilla latte from there and thought it was a little sweet. I politely asked the drive thru guy if he could add a little coffee to balance. He gave me a blank stare after I asked and added more coffee to my latte. It was great but when I thanked him for doing so he gave me another blank stare and said nothing. I said it loud enough for him to hear. Great coffee but I expected better from a great coffee place!
