Customer service was great, friendly staff, sandwich was okay....not the best quality ingredients and also skimpy for the price. Subway for example is similar price and you get more on the sandwich....Which Wich's bread was better quality though. All in all an okay experience; I would pick it over other options on a road trip but not go out of my way for it. (The gas station it's in is awesome, mini grocery store with tons of options, including fresh fruit! )
Wicked Wednesdays are great. Sandwich was delicious, warm, and filling. Service was fast and they give military discounts.
Online ordering here is always fast and smooth and there is a great place to pick up a quick sandwich.
Sandwiches are ok. The issue is with online ordering. It’s simply not working. I’ve been ordering through the app for the last year and honestly I’m done with it. When you order online, it gives you an estimate of when your order will be ready. I usually visit the store at least 5 minutes after that estimated time to find out that they did not even pulled the order from the POS yet. It actually takes longer for your order to be processed. There is a simple solution for that. Instead of waiting for someone to interact with the online system, they have to have their printers to printout automatically. Very simple but no one bothers to fix it.
I didn't go there to get food I went to get gas and bottle of water I'm planning on going back to try the food the cashier was nice and I spelled very highly of the food so I'm going to give it a try

It was my first time eating Which Wich, and it was delicious! I like how one can order fries with the sandwich, and to me that fact alone makes it better than Potbelly’s and Subway! I will definitely keep coming back!
Great service, sandwiches were fantastic, little more $ than Subway but way better quality and quantity. Will definitely be back.
So the sandwich (I got the clubwhich) and fries were good; but the service was better - and that's what made the trip. The guys behind the bar were super nice and walked me through the ordering process. They were super professional and definitely made me want to to back.
Good sandwich, but a little slow, it was busy that day.
