Don't go at 8 pm. No fries made. Tearing down and cleaning machines at 8 pm .... for a store that closes at 11 pm? Sold us Frosties waited in line for 10 minutes , took our money, and thwn said we don't have Frosties. Not a good experience.
Ordered two biggie bags in drive through, was told they had no sodas. Then we I returned home the fries were over cooked and the chicken nuggets were over cooked/burnt. I called the store to see if I could get them replaced and they told me yes so I drove all the way back there in the rain. When I got to the drive thru box to explain the situation, I was asked to come inside which I told the lady I would prefer not to considering it was raining and I chose drive thru for a reason… I didn’t want to come inside. I was asked to park and they would bring it out so that’s what i did. I received my replacement nuggets and they were still over cooked/ burnt. I didn’t even bother complaining anymore so I left. I go to this location quite often and the fries and nuggets are ALWAYS overcooked. I never have this experience at any of the other wendy’s in my town except this one. I’m never the one to leave reviews but I am so disappointed with this location. I will not be returning back.
This is the 8th time we have tried to come here around 920-30 and they are "closed" with staff inside just not answering while they have cars lined up. I called and was told they closed early due to staffing issues when I drove by and saw people inside and someone sitting outside having a "smoke break" Foreal ridiculous and a waste of time all the cars that were in line are now at Sonic. Makes me feel bad for the owner and how much money they are out while paying their employees to not do their jobs.
Came here wait 5 min nobody said anything I had to say hello ,before someone said anything back then they took my order what I roder was a number 6 and number 4 both large one with fries and one with chili well fries was cold chili was not a large the number 6 was supposed to be a spicy chicken and it was a regular chicken I also ordered sweet tea and strawberry liomand well sweet tea was not tea it was a mixture of drpeppper and coke
Clearly understaffed. Can’t even man the drive through properly when the dining room is closed. They’ll take your money for a mobile pickup then make you wait 20 minutes in the drive through
Our fries, burger, and salad were good and seemed fresh. The Frosty-cino, for clarification, is just iced coffee with a bit of creamer (I was expecting something maybe a bit different). The coffee was pretty bad, I can't recommend it. Customer service was slow and one employee was polite but the other didn't speak a word to us at all.
The breakfast was terrible. We waited after paying for almost 15 minutes. One of the sandwiches, chicken, was fatty which does happen from time to time. Two of the sandwiches had a curdled hollandaise sauce on it. It was so flavorless we had to look up what was supposed to be one it. One word to sum it up, terrible.
This place has great food but always slow as hell and lobby is never open. No matter what time of day the line is always wrapped around the building.
Prior to tonight my engagement with Wendy's on County Line Road in Madison had been good. However, after the poor customer service I received there tonight, I will not be returning. It doesn't cost anything to be courteous but the disrespect I felt from the young lady passing out the food in the drive thru when my daughter and I went around 8:30 pm tonight was enough to make me NEVER go back. I ordered a salad, which was given to me with no cutlery, dressing or the pecans & cranberries that come with it. I drove back around and no one greeted me at the speaker. When I did reach the window the attitude of this girl was clearly unapologetic and and based on her interaction with the other employee as he instructed her to apologize, she did not even want to pass the previously omitted items to me at the window. This behavior is unacceptable and is not a good representation of the Wendy's brand. I will definitely be contacting the management team regarding this experience.
Polite staff no mistakes on orders and it's fairly close to production plants in the area making it convenient
