Employees here are really friendly and the drive-thru was pretty quick. I just had a simple order, but everything was fresh and hot. Not sure if the dining room is open. In the app it says only the drive-through is open, but maybe someone was inside eating? They also have a couple curbside pickup spots.
Everyone was rude/ anoyed to speak with me. Me refering to them as sir or mam the entire time. I ordered a #7 NO MAYO, OR ONION. I RECIVED a daves single with mayo. Went inside, informed them of their mistake. New burger ...daves single no mayo..Back outside saw the mistake went back in, asked to get my order corrected again, i was handed a pack of backen with a hamburger patty to make my order correct. I had to assemble in my vehical.
Dine in is closed drive-through only! It’s been three years since Covid and they’re still closed in dine in… Really… That’s just lazy. Terribly inconvenient when you’re driving a vehicle that is not drive through capable! 100°+
The food is always hot. The crew is always kind and delivers quick service! My order is always made correctly and I never have any issues when I stop at this location! Their salads, asiago spicy chicken sandwich, and baconator are my top choices/go to's.
The customer service is great it just they are short of staffing
Once again another restaurant with absolutely no people skills (smh). Question, is it too much to ask for a smile at the window? Don't get me wrong, the food is good, service is slow but customer service is the worst. If it feels like I'm ruining your day because you're at work then find a warehouse job so you don't have to interact with society because if you work at the window... it's your job to interact with society ?
Cold fires, and they just opened. Tell you they don’t have ketchup but give you ketchup. Set in the drive thru for 35 min to get food on top of the 15 minutes to even take the order. Would not recommend eating here at all.
I waited 25 minutes at the park and order. They came on the speaker after about 20 minutes yelled something no one could decipher and never came out. Finally the car beside me and I both left.
I enjoyed my food, no issues there...but found the trays of partly wrapped potatoes next to the drive-thru to be a bit odd. ??♂️
Seemed like a regular fast food. Lady at the counter was friendly which is awesome.
