Would give a rating of zero if I could. Just waited 15 minutes to make an order. Asked if anyone was taking orders and was told to wait a minute. Waited 5 minutes more and still nobody approached the register to take my order. There were around 5 associates all standing around the drive through and fry station. Heard one associate chastising another associate for not wearing gloves and saying the store could get shutdown over it. Saw 3 associates in the back horsing around and the manager did nothing. He came out of his office and then went right back in. The restaurant was dirty and smelled like rancid oil. Needless to say, we left.
I have never wrote a "food review" before, with that being said last night our family wanted to go to Arbys in Hazel Green. Unfortunately, we were turned away at the drive thru window because they had inadequate staffing. We decided to try it again tonight and select a place we never go and venture out of Hazel Green. We chose Wendy's on hwy 72. HANDS DOWN THE BEST FREAKIN FOOD WE HAVE HAD!!! Our order was 100% and the food was delicious, fresh and can tou believe they even put a reasonable amount of napkins in each bag. I remember eating at a wendy's restaurant about 2 yrs ago and wasn't impressed at all- you guys made up for that tonight. I got a bunless grilled chicken sandwich and it was neat and delicious! Tell the employees they are seriously appreciated and they are not unnoticed. 100% a 5 star rating from our entire family!! :>
I guess your employees feel underpaid or something, because the majority of them are quick to get customers out of there and are rude. It's ok with management that some of the employees just open the window, take form of payment, then close the window all without even speaking to customers? Then when you get your food they aggressively hand the items to you and close the window. I just chose to stop at your location to give my money to you and this is how you thank your customers? One of us is confused on how customer service works and I guarantee you it's not me. Do better.
If I could leave the review with zero stars, I would. Food was awful! The burger was cold and the bun was stale. The fries weren’t hot and crispy, and a sign on the drive thru window says to check before you leave to make sure they are, I told the employee they were cold and soggy, they refused to make fresh ones. I will not order from here again. The other locations are much better.
It's fast food. My boyfriend and I ordered 50 spicy nuggets, 1 medium fries and 1 unsweet tea, we also asked for sauces for the nuggets. What we got... sweet tea, asked to wait in the vehicle waiting section, upon receiving our nuggets our fries were cold and we did not receive any sauces. The nuggets were piping hot so I suspected the fries were just sitting there. I didn't think our order was that ridiculous or hard to follow.
Went there around 6 Monday night. with couple of friends, I went inside. the drive thru wasn't to busy. and the inside wasn't busy with customers. They has enough workers at the time... But the guy who was taking orders didn't really care for being there, and taking his time, with ordering food and also giving food out. He also forgot to give me and couple others our drink cup... And also my bag of food was on the counter for almost 5 min. and he called my name. the food was cold. If I didn't have a time to be finish with the food. I would had came back up there and re order the chicken. to be warm.
Ordered on the mobile app. Food was hot and fresh. All in all a great experience except for the lady who handed us our bags and drinks. Not friendly. Slammed window before we could ask for salt or tell her one tea was wrong. She practically tossed the frosty to us and slammed window again. But everything and everyone else was excellent
Never had many problems out of this location except a long wait. However, recently I placed an online order for pickup at 10pm, this location doesn't lose until 11. My girlfriend arrived almost immediately and for the next twenty minutes Sat in the driveway while the employees refused to come to the window. If you were closed, say that, if you're out of food, say that. But don't ignore the drive through window and the phone when the app/website is still allowing us to place mobile orders. I'm looking to get a refund but this service was just horrible.
This used to be the best Wendy’s to go to, until tonight. Tonight me and my fiancé went through the drive through for a simple order of nuggets and fries. Simple enough. Well when we get to the second window the view of the store itself was nasty. Greasy and the drink machine was nasty. Hair down all over food. No gloves when handling food. Multiple people touching just one order without gloves. Major health violation. Then the people were avoiding speaking to anyone. Finally when they hand us the order they only hand us the nuggets and went to close the window without the fries. We had to address that we had no fries. Then when we said we didn’t have fires the person caught an attitude and then told us we had to wait for fries. Then when they went to hand us the fries they basically shoved it and dropped it on the ground. They went and made new ones and that was pretty much that. Overall bad experience.
Always look for Wendys, wish we had a closer one than this town. My grand daughter with me. We both enjoyed!
