Went to this location to have a celebration of one of my close friends. We all had a good time remembering the good times we had with her. Very good food, and great service while we were there!
Want a good Waffle, then come here. Although the parking lot can be difficult to get in and out of, this is the better WH in the area. Food is good, most of the wait staff are nice. Even one of the cooks come around to ask about our meal and service. All WH's need to add more handicapped parking. Most only have 2 spaces for the handicapped.
We had the best service & food from any waffle house, ever. Everything was cooked perfectly & was absolutely delicious. We had the 2 egg breakfast; scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, toast, also a side of sausage, & coffee. Eveything was so well prepared, but those eggs were dynamite! The two ladies working were the most friendly & helpful. It was a 3 am stop on a Friday morning & there weren't many people there, better for us! We stayed a little longer just because of the wonderful conversation & kindness from our server & chef. We will now only go to this location because of our fantastic experience!
We are regulars here and we love most of the staff... avoid at all possible the lady who is ALWAYS grumpy. She looks grumpy and is VERY grumpy with customers. We will wait for another booth to open before sitting in one of hers again. She snapped at my Dad when he asked about his waffle. He just asked if it was still coming because she asked if we needed anything else. Even the booth behind us was saying stuff because she was rude to his two kids. Done with her.
It's Waffle House. Far from fancy and provides a true dining experience allowing you to enjoy breakfast at literally any time. The reason for my low star review was to report roaches. I've seen 2 large ones on separate visits. Last night was literally on my table just a view inches away from my coffee. I didn't scream or cause a scene, or notified anyone. Tbh, idk what they would've done because like I said, it's Waffle House.
Hair in food, cook had attitude when asked to recook the food. When I got my food the only thing recooked was my eggs and it had shells in them. Cook had no hair net on and gloves that look like he had been wearing them all day. Manager does not deserve to be a manager speaks to the staff like they are prisoners. There is no way I will ever go back there as long as she is there.
Grumpy waitress her and another argued while we ate. Food was delicious and when served we kindly said Thank you NO REPLY! upon ordering she just pointed to us saying “YOU” “YOU”!! how rude!! she was not HAPPY at all. 2 waitresses faught over more people entering saying “I’m not waiting on them” the other 1 said she wasn’t either ?? I will never return!
Best Waffle House I’ve ever had I think!!! I always order hash browns extra crispy and this is the only one I’ve been too that made them sooo delicious and crispy! Food came sooo quick and it was super busy. Saturday 03/05/22 around 11:30am. Shouts out to our waitress Leeann and especially to the cook. Everything was delicious and every person working was hustling so hard, definitely will only be coming to this location in Madison and not the one on Madison blvd
When you go to Waffle House, you know what to expect. Decent food, great coffee and at an affordable price. I can't understand why people will go to Starbucks for coffee when Waffle House coffee is better hands down!!
Best waffle house meal I have ever had! Hands down! Customer service was great. The cook was phenomenal! This will be the restaurant my husband and I go to from now on!
