I've managed one of these stores before I joined the army in the 90's. Not impressed. They forgot how to clean this store. I recommend Cracker Barrel, BK, even Krystal 's before messing up and going here. The morning staff is supposed to be the best at a place like this. They act like I ruined their day by coming there. It won't happen again. Price too high for lousy food and service.
Worse Waffle House experience. Cook was outside smoking cigarettes when I arrived no customers inside and took them 20 min to prepare 1 simple breakfast and still got the order wrong! Go figure. Being next to an airport they need to step their game up and be faster with ticket times. The female that took my order was trying her best while the cook stood outside and smoked.
Normally we have really good service here but our server brought us dirty silverware after looking at it and seeing it was dirty. When we asked for clean silver she grabbed the silver and walked away with an attitude. She didn't even apologize. We asked her to wipe our sticky table and she didn't wipe it well at all. We ended up using our own wet wipes to clean the table. I've worked in restaurants for 23 years and I rarely complain. This is honestly the first bad review I've ever given. We will not return.
First of all they don’t answer the phone to take call in orders, so you have to go in and order and wait. By the way, the phone does ring because I called once inside the building and she picked the phone up and looked at the number and put it back down. Second of all the people that work there don’t care. I know we live in times when it’s hard to hire, but this places has wasted 20 mins of my time to get an order of Hashbrowns and there were 2 people eating there.
Staff was overall very inattentive. Start to finish, spent one hour inside. 20 minutes before I had my to go order taken, 20 minutes before it was ever called to the cooks, and another 20 while I watched my waffle burn despite the timer going off for a minute and a half or so. I take my order, go home, open it up, and the items I had requested weren't even correct. I enjoy Waffle House. They have great food and great people. But this location has consistently been subpar, and this latest trip has made me unwilling to return to this location.
Visited this location about a month ago after a 6 hour drive down from our home in Southern Indiana. We stopped in here for a quick bite to eat late in the evening. There was one waitress and one cooking working both of whom you could tell were exhausted from such a large crowd being in the location at such a late of an hour. However I must give them praise as they where exceptional in turning out our food quickly and the waitress did so with a smile on her face. We had to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes for a table to be cleared and cleaned but this was something we were expecting. I will visit this location again in the future for my late night waffle cravings. And a HUGE THANK YOU to the STAFF WHO SHOWED UP!
Clayton did an excellent job cooking my chicken melt. Coffee was hot and fresh. Service was nice. This is one of the best waffle houses that I visit. Staff makes it excellent.
Absolutely bs went there today at 10:40 and there 6 tables open but we wasn’t allowed to sit and then wasn’t greeted and stood there for 10 minutes and never even got acknowledged snooty little girl need to learn some manners! How can u treat people others this way!
Food was great. I also left my cell phone and went flying back just knowing it was gone it was busy that day...nope,waitress grabbed it for me
