Delicious! One of the best burritos I’ve had in a while. Will return.

This was horrible! First of all on the website it shows specially pizza’s, for$3 more you can get it on a cauliflower crust. I ordered the “godfather “ pizza. For carry out. They brought my pizza out and showed it to me. I was amazed how small it was and the gal said that’s the size of the cauliflower crust. That was not mentioned on the website nor did they tell me when ordering. Then I noticed there was no sauce on about a third of the pizza, and less than a half a cup of toppings with no cheese. This was thrown together in two minutes with about $3 of ingredients, I paid over $27 for this appetizer at best. They got my money this time, it will be the last time!!

The nicest people, the most delicious tacos I’ve ever had! Everything is so good!

Yum yum. The new-to-me dining experience I decided I'd try this week was Valentina's Kitchen - a cute lil permanent fixture at a gas station right on the fringe of Madison and Huntsville.Valentina's keeps the menu pretty simple, which I really like. Your choice of a variety of meats (roasted chicken, carnitas, barbacoa, al pastor - just to name a few) can be applied to a burrito, tacos, quesadilla, or torta. Pretty straightforward. I love when chefs do a few things and do them all well. You can get bottled drinks if you're thirsty - think I spied "Mexican Coca-Cola" but I didn't order a drink so I'm not sure. You can order at the window or call ahead. There's a couple of picnic tables nearby if you wanna eat there, but considering it was a chilly, ugly day, I took my food to eat in the car. I would recommend eating it quickly, especially if you got a torta like me -- don't want any of this loveliness getting soggy or anything. The young lady working the truck was warm and polite. She cooked my roasted chicken torta for me fresh - and fast!It came on two beautiful slices of bread, perfectly balancing soft, pillowy dough with crispy, tearable edges. The smoked chicken had tons of flavor and wasn't dry at all. Other toppings included jalapeños, tomatoes, lettuce, Mayo, and Valentina's "special sauce" - which had a nice creaminess and subtle heat.Be warned, this sandwich can be pretty messy - I'd make sure to eat it over the container it's served in, lol. But it was very, very, very tasty - and I'd absolutely order it again.

I lucked upon Valintinas Kitchen tonight when I stopped for gas. I saw the cute little food trailer and thought it would "probably" be good. The young lady was very nice and my burrito was done very quick.......buts all that is nothing. This burrito was huge and so delicious! I have NEVER had better. There is some sauce thats to die for and the tortilla was like grilled with crispy cheese on the outside! YUMMY!

The BEST street tacos and torta! My personal favorite is the burrito w/chicken, no black beans…delicious! And, Valentina is always pleasant and friendly.

This place is incredible. Delivers every time. Born and raised in CA (Mexico) for over 30 years and this is the only tacos in town worth eating.

This place has the best food! You can tell it's homemade. It is ran by a mother and daughter team. They are so nice and always take good care of me especially when my office places an order. Do not be in a hurry tho because it's just the two of them in the tiny food truck, so you will have to be wait but it is worth it. Such a nice break from all the chain restaurants. They serve street tacos, quesadillas, tortas, and burritos with a lot of meat choices.

Excellent flavor. Not light, but some of the best Mexican I have tasted.

The carnitas and steak tacos are the best!! She super nice and the food is CONSISTENTLY amazing! I probably get tacos at least once a week!
