I really wish that I could put zero stars. For the second time I have arrived at this White Bison and no one is running the drive thru. I pulled into the parking lot and let my daughter go inside thinking someone will be running the store. She waits 15 minutes before anyone takes her order. The person taking her order then starts walking outside instead of making the drink. At this point (twenty minutes of waiting with no other customers) we are going to be late so I request a refund because we do not have time to wait for her to find the barista. The employee states that she does not know how to make a refund and continues to go outside to find her coworker who is in her car. We left without the refund, this store should not claim to be 24/7. They do not serve in the early morning in a timely or reliable way. White Bison is paying their employees to sit in their car. We will not be back at all.
Always short staffed this is not a convenience store this is a come waste your time store. Why build a new store without a adequate staff? Pay them what they're worth and they will stay otherwise they may as well close down i will not be back. Support local owned business's not big chain b#llsh$t. Fuel is always overpriced vs the 3 mile surrounding area.
Very nice and clean store, I like the foods and drinks in there. People who are working there are nice and friendly, highly recommend.
Only a few months old and I'm now hooked on their coffee and breakfast over Dunkin's. The lady that always works there (Amber I think?) at the drive through is always pleasant and professional- it really makes a difference to your mornings.They also have a rewards app too. Check this place out if you never have before!

Brand new Twice Daily convenience store serving Shell Gas Station located off 72W close to Madison Hospital and Clift Farm. You can enter from Balch or 72.There are plenty of gas pumps to use although some were not up and running yet. This is the first time I’ve come across a touch screen gas pump. It has all the latest technology even contactless payments although it doesn’t appear to be enabled. Sign up for the Shell rewards program for a discount on your gas or use your Kroger Reward points here! The gas pump handle was plastic which was much lighter than the traditional and the button to hold the handle was different than normal.Shell is a top tier detergent gas station and highly recommended by automakers. The price is sometimes higher than other stations but worth it.This location is nice because it features a White Bison coffee inside and in their drive thru. The inside was very clean and modern.
