I recently got a lot of bad news all at once. Earlier this week, I finally hit my breaking point and was crying most of the day. When I went to prepay at the pump, I was greeted warmly by a tall young man named Ethan, who was extremely kind and patient when I couldn’t get any words out to pay for my gas. There was a small line, but he seemed to handle the pressure very well, and quickly got me in and out without a long wait for anybody. Maybe nobody will see this, but I wanted to share how this young man’s service truly made my day a great deal better.
I loathe the amount of noise pollution that they pump out of this place. They know you're a captive audience at the pump and they absolutely blast you with the most obnoxious ads.This is actually only my second time coming to this place but I have been deliberately avoiding it since they opened, despite its convenient location. I guess I needed that second reminder.
Horrible experience.When using an EBT card You are singled out and told that a different machine has to be pulled out from behind the counter because the one everybody else uses doesn't take food stamps! To make it worse the cashier said You're going to have to type the card # in manually because it never works when you swipe it. This after I swiped my card about five times! Here we are in a brand new state of the art store and It's like the stone age when it comes to processing EBT. I feel like they put a spotlight on you if you can only pay with EBT. It's already hard enough to make it on a low income. People don't need to be put on blast because someone is less fortunate! Also my Donuts were rock hard! But the store was clean so I'll give 2 stars!
Lost my business for good! Cant stand a liar. I came in and got three 12 pks of mountain dew. It says 3 for 9.99 plain as day in window but lady argued saying 2 for 9.99 wasn't going to argue as i hate confrontation but get it together!

Twice Daily has been my go to gas station since they opened. It is convenient to where I work and I can gas up and grab a coffee. I normally would have given a higher rating because the store itself is clean, well appointed and had very friendly staff. The gas pumps however never give receipts so I always have to go in. The pumps security seals are frequently broken or have lifted. These two issues have concerned me enough that I will be finding a new place to get gas.
Very disappointed in my coffee that was made for me at the white bison. It is only half full. If I'm going to pay close to $5 for my coffee I expect it to be full but they covered it up with whipped topping. I hope they do better next time
Stood in there for 5 mins waiting by the front..no one spoke to me or wanted on me. The employees were talking amongst themselves and one was making an order.
This place is awesome! The BEST fresh food! It's so good! Use the rewards app for free and discounts. The lunches are an awesome price! Our area needed a 24 hour location right next to the Madison Hospital ?. The staff was so friendly. There is even a nice seating area! Drive through too! Hands down a score of 100 from me!
