You’re really just going here for the experience. It’s overpriced mediocre ice cream. But the special shakes are unique. It’s pretty expensive and speaking from experience, very messy for kids. Don’t even think about taking it with you in the car. Horrible idea. The staff were nice and relatively helpful. There is no option for tap water if you get thirsty- you have to buy a bottle which most people do get thirst from ice cream. My cookies and cream ice cream in a cup had only 3 pieces of cookie dough in all 3 scoops. Also, there is no changing station for babies with plenty of space in the bathroom to add one. For such a family oriented type of business, this is a annoying if your a mom with a baby.
My child has an egg allergy so we shared the "not milk" (vegan, gluten-free) bowl which comes to $14 with tax. I thought the ice cream tasted good but the cookie could be better. It's a little expensive for what you get! The shop was not busy when we arrived and our order still took a really long time to make, which they said was due to specific preparations for food allergies - *truly appreciated* but still a very long time. I did see some reviews saying this shop was dirty but I will say when we went it was very clean and tidy!
the $17 milkshake jug should come with a lid if you ask for one, they tell you only those in the freezer come with a lid, milkshake jug doesn't, but they are the same mason jar!So, when you get lemons, you make lemonade.
The milkshakes, at their 20 dollar price point are mediocre at best. I don’t think I’ve ever been MORE disappointed with a purchase.The milk shake is served in a small glass jar with 10 inches of whipped cream piled on top. That sounds good until you realize there’s only 2 scoops ice-cream in the jar, making for a 10:2 whipped cream to ice-cream ratio. But hey, if you like spending 20 dollars on 30 cents worth of whipped cream and 3 dollars worth of ice cream, I guess it’s not so bad after all.This place punishes you for having friends. Want to enjoy a smoothie with your friend? 40 dollars. How about with 2 friends? 60 dollars. It’s ridiculous— the shakes are pretty but not worth 20 dollars by any means.Not to mention it’s 4 dollars for a single small scoop of ice-cream. Like, what? I could buy a tub of premium ice-cream for that amount.Not recommended.

Although it is pricey for ice cream, it’s a special treat and they have great selection. They have two options for dairy free for my son which is some of the best dairy free ice cream we have tried! The staff is always friendly, the weekends are always busy but during the week it’s usually quicker!

This is a fun place to go on a weekend. The staff was super nice and the atmosphere was enjoyable. A little spendy but you aren't just paying for the ice cream. You are also paying for the presentation.
