My family and I have tried eating at this Taco Bell 3 times over the past 5 years and vowed each time to never come back. Each time had a minimum 20 minute wait. 2 of the 3 times there were computer glitches. One time was a power outage - that one is understandable. And the food rarely correct.The staff have always been apathetic. Some have an empty stare of overwork and negative environment.I pulled in this morning for my post-gym breakfast burrito and thought "I know better than to do this. Maybe they've changed."Nope.I sat at the speaker for 3 minutes, then asked, "Hello?" and a voice informed me that their system was down and would take 10 to 15 minutes to reboot. No one is in line behind me and I have nowhere to be. So I sit there. A minute later the person tells me that I'll need to come back in 15 minutes or the speaker won't pick up my car. I pulled out, canceled my order, and went to McDonald's for a bit of McSelf-loathing.This Taco Bell is such a disappointment and provides poor customer service. It goes beyond employee or manager behavior and might be an issue with the owner. If it's a franchise, I hope Taco Bell corporate reviews their contact with this person.

We went after the lunch rush and experienced fast service and the dining area was in need of some attention... bathrooms were decently clean.The employees were friendly and rightly accommodating. The food was good except in anything that had beans, there was too much bean and barely any meat. It did alter the taste of a couple of items. Also, you no longer order at the counter. You must use 1 of the 2 kiosks inside or you can place your order online. This is probably ok for most, but I "worry" for the older people or the just not so tech - savvy people.

I place my order and then I was asked to park and they would bring me my order. 20 minutes later someone walked to my car while they were continuously rubbing their face and their eyes and their neck and ask if I ordered the grill the chalupa meal and I said yes and they said they didn't have any more and would I like something else. The nerve of them not even offering me a free meal for waiting. And with everything going on in the world today this guy came out rubbing his hands face and nose with no gloves, I wasn't about to take any food from him at all. This is the last time I will ever go to Taco Bell late at night. I am so disgusted.

The food is always okay but tonight I was told the computer system was down in which I understood and waited 6 minutes for them to take my order but when I got to the window I heard them through the glass about how they wanted everyone in the line to go away. I was always curious about how this Taco Bell always had a line and now I know it's slow due to the employees not wanting to take or make the orders.

Worst place ever!!! You order and tell him what you want you asked for extra napkins you ask for taco sauce then they hand you the bag without either! Forgot to give us one of our tacos and then you can’t go inside to tell them because they’re closed! Try to call wouldn’t answer the phone. The only way I can get my taco was to go back through the line which had several cars through the drive-through. This is not the first time every time I come to this Taco Bell on 72 it’s the absolute worst because they forget at least three things. Won’t be back don’t waste your time!!!

This is without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had at a taco bell. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, there were no straws in the straw dispenser even though the restaurant was not busy and they had plenty of time to fill it up, and there were no sports or forks to eat our nachos Bell grande with. Also we ordered large drinks with our combos and when they gave us our order they were no cups on the tray. My brother went up to ask for our cups and a very disinterested employee handed him small cups while playing on her phone. We had to ask a second time to get the right size drink cups. I will never patronize this Taco Bell again and will discourage anybody I know from ever going there

Great experience. The manager was exceptional and great worker. There was a line wrapped around the building and everybody seemed to work well together and get people served in a timely manner with the amount of staff they had.

Ok taco bell on hwy 72..... it's time to get it together.#1) I ordered a steak quesadilla, when I got it, it had a tiny bit of meat on and only on 1 side. And they didnt cut it up. It was basically a taco on a large flour shell with a tiny bit of meat#2) the shutdown has been over for a while so please open up the dining area so we can come in and order instead of wasting gas in a 2 mile long line for a meatless taco on a burrito shellYou guys have to get it together. This is past ridiculousness

I always leave the drive thru thinking that was such a pleasant experience. There is always a line but they don't waste any time and get everyone in and out. I love my Madison/72 Taco Bell.

Ordered through the app, waited in drive thru for an hour, received order, got home food was cold and missing tacos, sauce, napkins and utensils. Called the number, no answer! Do not recommend going to this location….I will drive a few miles longer to go to the other location who gets the food right and is hot when order is received.
