went to grab some food for our trip south last night at 11:50pm. went up to the drive thru and they said they are closed due to short staffing.I think maybe a sign/paper stating they’re closed would be more effective rather than an employee camping to inform customers when they drive up
The old lady who always works the window at night is the most rude person I’ve ever encountered at any Taco Bell establishment. Every time I come there she has a smart comment and does the complete opposite of what someone in customer service should do, as soon as I find out who to contact I will definitely let them know how she treats customers especially since this is a reoccurring incident.
It was okay if you really not in the mood for good food or something that tastes great. Taco pizzas not there anyway what more do I need to say. It just seems like they threw it together too fast.
Drive thru wait is just too long. They gotta work at making food FAST...as it should be...FAST FOOD. Staff is friendly on the other hand. Food is always hot and on point.
Ordered through a third party agency that consisted of a burrito, a taco and a Pepsi! When I received the food, it literally was a tortilla and beans, no meat, no sauce, not even lettuce. This is a disgrace! Please be more considerate when fixing orders!
Third time we have tried this location since moving here 3 years ago. Every time something is left off, not added or completely forgot. When you pay for extra I would expect extra but the very least maybe a entire serving. Then half the crunch wrap didn’t even have meat. They weren’t very busy so idk what is up.
This is my favorite Taco Bell in the Huntsville/Madison/Limestone County area. They get slammed during lunch time, but always get the food out quickly, and it's always right. They are nice , very friendly and never seem to be short staffed, which tells me management must treat them right. It's nice to come here for a taco, and see that there is actually meat on it
Sad experience. Went to pick the soft tacos on the drive thru. The tacos were absolutely cold. No way this was a honest mistake, impossible for the server not to notice
Lady in the drive-thru was super nice and friendly. Food was perfect. I've been to this location a few times and they're always top notch.
So after a hard day of work I just want to eat my nachos and bean burrito. Guess what? They had my nacho cheese sauce but no nachos or burrito. 40$ spent here and they can’t get supper right. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this FINE establishment.
