Went there yesterday and that is our first and the last time! Great idea for ice cream, great place but horrible customer service Girls we’re not able to explain the order process to us, flavors and our options To someone who is never been at such ice cream place it was very uncomfortable I wish the owner can address this problem and maybe provide wider training to everyone who works there Thank you
We have never been somewhere that did rolled ice cream so this was neat! We were a little confused and took a minute to realize you picked an "add in" to make the actual ice cream instead of like regular flavors but we figured it out lol the mango was super good! Employees were friendly and informative once we realized we had never been there. Even laughed at my dad's "dad jokes" lol will be back when we visit Huntsville!
waited 40 minutes for 7 cookies and when i left it was after they closed … they didn’t give it to me until 9:04pm and they were supposed to close at 9pm. i was door dashing and there was nobody else in there so i don’t know why it was taking so long! also the employees were so rude to me they kept staring at me and wouldn’t stop staring at me i was just sitting there waiting. when they gave me the order they were very kind but at first they were just staring at me and wouldn’t look away. i came there before and went to go pick up another doordash order and when i came back they still didn’t put them in the oven and there was no body even in there in line they didn’t have anyone in there or anything to do so i don’t know why they didn’t put the cookies in there when i came back after but i had to wait 40 minutes for something that wasn’t even mine when they weren’t busy at all
I work door dashing and I had an order here to pick up and I had to wait 35-40 minutes for 7 cookies. I understand about being short handed but I was told they would have my order ready after they handled the family in front of them so I went right up the street to Wendy's to pick up another order and came right back and had to sit and wait 30 mins inside the store for them to make the order which made me late for a different delivery and this one. I got the order finally at 9:05pm. Very displeased I hope I don't have to pick up from here again. You shouldn't have kids running the store if you're not going to complete orders as specifically stated by employee on my first arrival to pick the order up. Again they didn't even start the cookies until I came back the 2nd time to pick up the order which was supposed to be ready about 30 mins before closing. I did not receive my delivery order until after closing. Sweet charlies shouldn't take delivery orders if you're not going to have them ready because some of us do this for a living. Customer service is the number one priority PERIOD!!! The 2 female employees that were there are very sweet and kind ?

Small little restaurant, not enough business, I was there for a solid hour and no one else showed up. Honestly, I don't understand why, they are very much underrated. The experience was much different then what I am used to when it comes to ice cream, they don't give you scoops, they scrap and roll it, no cones included. Personally, my favorite part was the Tall Charlie. They take your choice of ice cream flavor and put it between 2 pieces of hot glazed donut. The combination of flavors was amazing. The only thing I didn't like was the flavor was a little less strong then it would've been in a scooped ice cream, the only problem I had. Otherwise, would definitely recommend.

In these times customer service is a key for the ice cream business. And this place is lacking this. I asked for a banana split and I seen it on the menu online. I was told this Madison store don't have it. Wold of been nice to have this after a 20mile drive for this split.
I bought a smore regular rolled ice cream and namaste milkshake. The employee barely put any of the ingredients in the rolled ice cream it didn't taste like what I ordered, I get you add toppings you want but it didn't help. Plus you don't get toppings for the milkshake so it tasted like plain vanilla not strawberry cheesecake. Waste of my money
Rolled ice cream was really good. Server was friendly and efficient.
